Coconut cookies on whites (without flour) “Tender clouds”: recipe with step-by-step photos

“Tender Clouds” is a real find for those who prefer to cook proper and appetizing food. Light and tasty pastries are simply created to decorate the holiday table. It is easy and quick to prepare, it consists of a minimum of ingredients, and does not contain fat, baking powder or yeast.

If you are going to celebrate your child’s birthday, you simply must prepare “Tender Clouds”. First of all, kids will really like these cookies. Secondly: thanks to its composition, you can safely spoil children with it.

“Tender Clouds” are also attractive because they take no more than 30-40 minutes to prepare, from beating the egg whites to serving, which makes them a favorite in home baking.

Ingredients:

  • 150 grams of sugar;
  • 3 squirrels;
  • 1 tbsp. starch;
  • 100 grams of coconut flakes.

Preparation:

1. Turn on the oven (150 degrees).

2. Beat the whites with sugar until they form light peaks.

3. Add coconut flakes and starch to the mixture. Mix the dough thoroughly.
