  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • lemon juice, cilantro, chili pepper, salt - to taste

Mix together the soy sauce, chopped garlic (2 cloves), ginger and finely chopped cilantro. Marinate the shrimp in this mixture for about a quarter of an hour. Heat the olive oil, fry the remaining garlic (finely chopped beforehand) and chili in it. Remove the shrimps from the marinade and fry for three minutes with garlic and pepper.

  • 100 ml vegetable oil
  • 40 g ginger root
  • 20 g garlic
