Ingredients:

  • pita bread 3 sheets
  • hard cheese 200 g
  • boiled eggs 4 pcs.
  • processed soft cheese "Amber" 150 g
  • crab sticks 200 g
  • mayonnaise 150 g
  • Dill
  • garlic 1-2 cloves

Cooking method:

  1. We need 3 sheets of pita bread, thinly grease the first sheet with mayonnaise.
  2. Cut the crab sticks into thin strips and place on top.
  3. Cover with a second sheet.
  4. Add chopped garlic to soft processed cheese, such as amber. Stir.
  5. Spread this cheese mass on the second sheet of pita bread.

  1. In the usual way, any recipe should start with preparing the ingredients for consumption. So, the herbs should be thoroughly rinsed. After washing, they must be chopped.
  2. As for the eggs, it is better to start boiling them even before preparing the greens - this will save time. Before cleaning, immerse the eggs in ice water to allow them to cool. Once this happens, you can remove them from the shell and grate the yolks and whites separately from each other.
  3. Crab sticks and processed cheese should be grated on a fine grater. Mix them together and then add the chopped herbs and eggs. Season the mixture with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise or tartar sauce.
  4. Peking cabbage leaves should be finely chopped, mixed with a tablespoon of mayonnaise or sauce, and pre-chopped garlic cloves should be added to them.
  5. In advance, you should give the pita bread a rectangular shape, cutting off the roundings. It is necessary to collect it in a roll as follows: 1 layer of mayonnaise or sauce, Chinese cabbage with garlic, a mixture of crab sticks, cheese curds, herbs and eggs. If, on the contrary, you avoid this herb, then put one clove so that it gives the snack a light taste and aroma.
  5. Place all the filling ingredients into one bowl and add the mayonnaise. Mix the filling well with a fork.
  6. Remove the crab sticks from the packaging and thaw well. Then, with your fingers, first press one side, then the other side, to see their layered structure. Find the last fold on the outside of the stick, from which you begin to unfold it carefully so as not to tear it anywhere.
  7. Apply the filling on the stick in an even thin layer. Roll the crab stick backwards. Before serving, cut the stick into small pieces, which are nicely laid out on a dish and garnished with herbs.

Lavash stuffed with crab sticks

Ingredients:

  • Three leaves of Armenian thin lavash;
  • Three chicken eggs;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • 200 grams of crab sticks;
  • 250 grams of soft cheese;
  • Mayonnaise sauce;
  • A bunch of cilantro;
  • Salt;
  • Spices.

Cooking method:

  1. Grind chicken eggs, cheese and garlic in a food processor. Using for this a nozzle in the form of a coarse grater;

  1. First you need to boil the eggs and let them cool. Peel, grate. I buy crab sticks frozen. And as long as they are frozen, it is very easy to grate them. If they are frozen and rubbing badly, just chop them finely.
  2. Cheese, too, three on a grater. Rinse greens, dry and chop finely. We spread pita bread. We sell pita bread rolls "for two bites". And large ones, from which you can make one large roll. That's exactly the second I buy. We spread pita bread and grease well with mayonnaise.
  3. If you are against mayonnaise, use sour cream with garlic. And put the garlic only for the smell. We grease the edges of the pita bread not abundantly, so that they do not flow. Now we spread the filling on the pita bread: grated eggs, cheese, crab sticks. Sprinkle generously with herbs.
  4. On one edge, I leave the edge of the pita bread without filling. About 5 centimeters. Gently roll the pita crab roll. If you take fresh pita bread, it will soak pretty quickly. If it's a little dry, let it soak before rolling.
  5. So that the rolled roll is soaked, we wrap it in cling film. I leave the pita crab roll in the fridge overnight. Although more often than not an hour is enough. The soaked rolls are very delicate. The filling is simply amazingly balanced.

  • chicken eggs (four pieces);
  • cheese (about one hundred and eighty grams);
  • garlic (two cloves are enough);
  • some fresh herbs to taste;
  • light mayonnaise (about three hundred and fifty grams).
Prepare:
  1. Preparations of products can be made in advance: for example, boil eggs and cool them, then peel and grate with a grater. You can and finely chop with a knife.
  2. If you are using frozen crab sticks, then it is also better to take care of this in advance. We also grind them, like eggs and cheese, using a grater. We wash and dry fresh herbs. Dill, green onions, and parsley are best. Cut the greens with a knife.
  3. The garlic is peeled, but not cut into pieces: it is best to squeeze it to a conditional state of puree. For the garlic, we take a separate plate, where we first lay out the chopped herbs and mayonnaise. You can pepper the mixture well and add a little salt.
  4. Next, pita bread comes into play: we take the first sheet and grease it with the resulting mayonnaise sauce (do not lay out everything, we use only half). Next, pour half of the cheese and crab sticks, fill it with mayonnaise again. The second sheet of pita bread is placed on top, soaked in the rest of the sauce and sprinkled with cheese.

Recipe 2: lavash with cheese

Products:
  • three sheets of lavash (it is better to use Armenian);
  • about seventy grams of butter;
  • about fifty grams of fresh herbs to taste;
  • about four hundred grams of suluguni cheese;
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • three pinches of ground pepper;
  • salt to taste;
  • one tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  1. Rinse fresh herbs thoroughly and chop, preferably finely. We peel the cloves of garlic and turn them into mashed potatoes according to their consistency, it should give its juice. Note that there may be less or more garlic or herbs, it all depends on your taste.
  2. Next, the cheese is grated using a coarse grater. We also rub butter. If you took it out of the refrigerator beforehand, you can simply mix it with the cheese. In this recipe with a photo, we use the popular suluguni cheese, but if it was not found in the refrigerator, then any other variety will do just fine.
  3. We mix. For spicy lovers, we recommend adding seasonings. As a rule, paprika, curry, Provencal herbs and much more are actively used. Also, tomatoes, for example, will fit harmoniously into the recipe.
  4. Use pita bread only of the first freshness, keep this in mind when buying. If the lavash is not very fresh, then cracks will appear on the fold when it is rolled up, and when cut it will simply fall apart.
  5. However, we will not cook one large roll. We offer to cut pieces of lavash into small squares and roll them into tubes with filling.
  6. We use vegetable oil to lubricate the envelopes. There are many cooking options: you can cook in the oven, use a frying pan or grill. In the latter case, you will need a lattice. Recipe 3: chicken lavash

Products:
  • about three hundred grams of chicken fillet;
  • about two hundred grams of processed cheese;
  • one medium onion;
  • two sheets of pita bread;
  • two tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • ground pepper and salt to taste;
  • about fifty grams of fresh herbs.
Cooking:
  1. Fresh herbs along with mushrooms and chicken are thoroughly washed and dried. Products should not be wet, otherwise the lavash will simply soften.
  2. We take the onion and chop it. Preferably not very large cubes. Champignons are also cut with chicken.
  3. Fry the onions in a skillet in vegetable oil, until light golden brown. Next, throw the chicken into the pan. It is prepared traditionally until the meat turns white. Next, the mixture is fried with mushrooms added to the pan. Chopped greens are also sent there. Please note that the mixture must cool down before going to the pita leaves.
  4. Before putting the filling on the pita bread, it must be greased with processed cheese. Next, the filling is distributed. Lavash can be rolled up as you like. Someone prefers to cut it into small squares and twist it into rolls, someone conveniently wrap one large roll and then cut it. Recipe 4: lavash with mushrooms

Products:
  • two or three leaves of fresh Armenian lavash;
  • about three hundred grams of cheese (you can have a hard variety);
  • about three hundred grams of champignons;
  • about two hundred grams of mayonnaise (it is best to use a low-calorie one);
  • two heads of onions;
  • about two tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • green onions, parsley and dill to taste.
Cooking:
  1. We cut the champignons into large enough pieces, all the same, after frying, they will significantly decrease. Fry them in vegetable oil. In parallel, you can prepare fresh herbs: rinse, dry and finely chop.
  2. While the mushrooms are fried, let's take care of the onions: they are peeled and cut into small cubes. Do not forget to stir the mushrooms, they are cooked until the liquid from the pan has completely evaporated.
  3. Next, add the onion to the mushrooms in a skillet and fry until tender. The onion should turn golden.
  4. Lavash sheets are greased with a small layer of mayonnaise. As we mentioned in the list of products, it is best to use the lowest calorie mayonnaise. Next, sprinkle the pita bread with pre-washed, dried and chopped herbs. We spread the fried mushrooms with onions. Do not forget that the mushrooms must cool before placing on pita bread.
  5. On top, another layer of pita bread is laid out, which is also smeared with mayonnaise. Pour cheese on it. After that, you can roll it into a roll and hide it in the refrigerator for two to three hours. We promise that the lavash will be delicious!

Recipe 5: lavash with cottage cheese

Products:
  • several sheets of thin pita bread;
  • cottage cheese (a pound is enough);
  • chicken eggs (two pieces);
  • about five tablespoons of sour cream;
  • to taste, you can add a little raisins, honey, vanilla or sugar;
  • if you prefer a savory filling, you can choose fresh herbs (parsley, green onions, dill, ground pepper, salt).
Cooking:
  1. The recipe is extremely simple. To begin with, the filling is being prepared. Mix half a kilogram of cottage cheese with sour cream, add a little sugar, a little honey - to taste. You can also add dried fruits (for example, dried apricots or prunes). If you decide to use raisins, then rinse and steam them first.

  1. First, spread the processed cheese on a sheet of Armenian lavash. It is most convenient to distribute it evenly over the pita bread with a knife. Finely chop the dill and sprinkle on the processed cheese.

Cooking:
  1. While the eggs are boiled, you can finely chop the smoked sausage, grate the cheese. We also cut the pickled cucumbers into small pieces.
  2. Finely chop the green onion, and squeeze the garlic. It is undesirable to cut into pieces. Boiled chicken eggs are cut into small pieces and also added to the filling. If you wish, you can add some spices (any, to taste). We fill the filling with mayonnaise.
  3. Before putting the filling on the pita bread, it is better to grease it a little with mayonnaise. Then we traditionally roll the pita bread into a roll.
  4. Do not forget to grease the baking sheet with butter. A roll is prepared in the oven at one hundred and eighty degrees for a maximum of fifteen minutes. Serve exceptionally hot!

Recipe 8: pita bread with ham, arugula and cheese

Products:
  • about sixty grams of ham;
  • about forty grams of tomatoes;
  • about fifteen grams of cream cheese;
  • about ten grams of arugula;
  • pita leaf.
Cooking:
  1. The recipe is simple, like most of the previous ones. We start by spreading cheese on pita bread. It is best to choose cheese with a light curd consistency. By the way, the roll will have a rather refined Italian taste. And, compared to most options, this recipe is far from the most high-calorie.
  2. Gently lay the slices of ham on the pita bread. In this recipe, we do not recommend folding a sheet of pita bread with a filling into one large roll. It is best to cut it into four equal parts and lay out the food separately on each.
  3. Put the tomatoes on the ham first. It is advisable that they are not overripe, do not spread and do not give too much juice. Put arugula on top.
  4. Ready! It's just a matter of form: if the lavash leaves are small, then you can make "ala sandwich" by putting one piece on top of another. But the easiest way is to roll the pieces into small rolls. To the table!

Recipe 9: lavash with red caviar, squid and egg

Products:
  • about fifty grams of red caviar;
  • one sheet of Armenian lavash;
  • three chicken eggs;
  • about fifty grams of squid;
  • one tablespoon of mayonnaise.
Cooking:
  1. The ingredients for this pita bread cannot be called cheap, this is an option, rather, for special festive occasions. We start by boiling chicken eggs. Cool them and cut into medium-sized pieces or use an egg slicer.
  2. Grease a leaf of Armenian lavash with mayonnaise. As always, we recommend using a low calorie product.

Recipe 10: how to cook sausage in pita bread

  • one tablespoon of white sesame seeds;
  • seven pieces of milk sausages;

  • about one hundred and fifty grams of processed cheese;
  • one chicken egg.
Cooking:
  1. If you are using a standard rather large sheet of Armenian lavash, then it is best to cut it into pieces of the same size. Taking into account that a sausage will fit in them.
  2. Slightly closer to the edge of the sheet, lay out a slice of processed cheese (sold in almost any store, easy to prepare). Put the sausage on a piece of cheese and wrap it in a roll.
  3. Perhaps, even in this form, lavash with sausage will seem delicious to you if you just reheat it in the microwave. But we offer a tastier option: grease the sausage rolls with an egg and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. You don't need to bake them for a long time: fifteen minutes is enough at a standard temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees.

Step 2: Lay the filling layers and form a lavash roll.


After that, on the working surface of the table, expand 1 sheet of warmed pita bread... Apply chopped crab sticks on it in an even and neat layer, sprinkle with herbs on top, lightly pepper and salt to your liking. Then apply an even layer of mayonnaise. Roll the pita bread and set aside for now.
Now unfold the second sheet of pita bread, put the crab sticks evenly on it again, pepper on top and salt as you like. Apply an even layer of mayonnaise. Place the first rolled roll on the edge of the second pita bread and roll the double roll. Set aside.
On the table, unfold the third sheet of pita bread, put grated cheese on it, then chopped egg, evenly distribute chopped garlic over the entire surface of the pita bread. Top with just a little salt and ground pepper and spread evenly with mayonnaise. Lay the double roll along the edge of the pita bread and wrap a triple roll.

Step 3: Serve pita roll with crab sticks.

How to make pita bread with crab sticks and cheese

For the filling, it is better to use chilled crab sticks. I peel off the film and cut into thin, long strips. If I use frozen crab sticks, then I defrost them in advance in a natural way. In no case, not through the microwave, because then they have a different taste and consistency. It is better to get it out in advance and put it on a tea towel, which will absorb excess moisture.


I rub the cheese on a grater, preferably with small holes. You can use any kind of cheese for the preparation of such rolls, that is, it does not matter whether the product is hard or soft (for example, processed).

I boil the eggs in advance, peel and grind (when I boil, I add a little salt, then they are well cleaned). Mix the cheese and eggs well.


I squeeze garlic to the filling (you can grate with the smallest divisions) to give a spicy, spicy taste. I pour it with mayonnaise and stir it several times.



On the unfolded pita bread, I gently apply the filling in an even layer. I lay out crab sticks on top and pour a little mayonnaise. This will add juiciness.

We spread a sheet of pita bread on the table, grease its surface with soft melted cheese, stepping back from one edge 1-2 cm. On top of the cheese we distribute the egg mass with herbs.

Advice! If there is no soft melted cheese in the refrigerator, but there are curd bars, then they can be grated on a fine grater, mixed with egg mass and greased with this mixture of pita bread.

Crab sticks are grated or finely chopped. Sprinkle them on the filling on the pita bread. We wrap the pita bread tightly with a roll, we begin to wrap it from the side on which we did not recede from the edge. We need this strip of pita bread without filling so that when folding the filling does not protrude outward.

  • 200 gr. crab sticks;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 fresh cucumber.

Hard-boiled eggs in advance so that they have time to cool. We wash lettuce leaves and fresh cucumber. Let the crab sticks thaw if they are frozen.

Grease a sheet of pita bread with mayonnaise, from one edge we leave a strip without filling 1-2 cm wide.Then on one side of the pita bread we spread the lettuce sheets overlapping to make a dense strip.

Peel and grate boiled eggs. Sprinkle the eggs in a strip next to the lettuce leaves. We carefully unfold the crab sticks to make thin layers. We spread them next to the eggs. The cucumbers should be cut into very thin strips lengthwise, best done with a peeler so that the strip is about 1 mm thick. We spread the cucumbers in a strip next to the crab sticks. Now we carefully wrap our pita bread with a tight roll. We begin to wrap from the side where the lettuce leaves are located.

We wrap the roll in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Cut the finished roll into pieces 2-3 cm wide, put them on a dish.

Lavash roll with Korean carrots and curd cheese

Another option for an appetizer is a pita roll with crab sticks and Korean carrots, we will cook it with curd cheese.

  • 2 sheets of pita bread;
  • 150 g Korean carrots;
  • 200 gr. crab sticks;
  • 150 g curd cheese.

We spread a sheet of pita bread, grease it with curd cheese, apply cheese in a thin layer, using half of the cheese.

Advice! You can take regular curd cheese, or you can use a product with various additives. For example, shrimp-flavored curd cheese.

We carefully unfold the crab sticks and carefully lay them out on the surface of the sheet, trying to completely cover the entire area. Lubricate the decomposed crab sticks with the remaining cheese and cover them with a second sheet of pita bread.

On the surface of the second sheet, lay out the Korean carrots, distributing them evenly. We roll up our "two-story" structure very tightly with a roll. We wrap the roll in cling film and put in the refrigerator. To make it more convenient, you can immediately cut the roll in half, and then put it in a bag or wrap it with foil.

We keep the roll in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Then we extract, unfold and cut into pieces 2-3 cm wide.

Original recipe with feta cheese and rice

This is an original version of the appetizer, the filling for the roll is prepared with rice, eggs, crab sticks and feta cheese.

  • 1 sheet of pita bread;
  • 100 g crab sticks;
  • 50 gr. feta cheese;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 100 g boiled rice;
  • 3-4 tablespoons of fat sour cream;
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Crab sticks are grated or cut very finely. Boil rice and eggs in advance, by the time the dish is prepared, the products should cool completely. Three eggs on a grater. Mix eggs with rice and chopsticks.

  • 150 g fresh cucumbers;
  • 100 g mayonnaise.

Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool and peel. Chop the eggs into small cubes, cut the cucumber and crab sticks into the same cubes.

We lay out a sheet of pita bread, grease it with mayonnaise. Then we lay out the crab sticks in an even layer, then we distribute the corn, of course, without liquid. Lay out fresh cucumber cubes and boiled chicken eggs on top. Roll the pita bread very tightly into a roll. We wrap it with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Cut the finished roll into slices at least 4 cm wide, if cut into narrow pieces, the filling will fall out.

Salmon and greens appetizer

A more festive version of the snack can be prepared with salmon and herbs, it will turn out delicious and beautiful.

  • 3 sheets of thin pita bread;
  • 100 g crab sticks;
  • 200 gr. lightly salted salmon or other red fish;
  • 1 bunch of lettuce
  • 0.5 pod of bell pepper;

    Mix the melted cheese with dry ground garlic. You can add fresh garlic to cheese, which must first be peeled, chopped and ground.

    Cut the lavash sheets so that we get three identical rectangles. Wash the salad and dry well. Cut the bell pepper into very thin strips. Cut the crab sticks in the same way. If there is no time to mess around with slicing, rub the sticks on a grater.

    We spread one sheet of pita bread, grease it with half of the cheese. Then evenly lay out the bell pepper straws and crab sticks.

    Cover with a second sheet of pita bread, grease it with mayonnaise and cover with lettuce leaves. Cover with the third sheet, coat with the second part of the cheese. Lay out the red fish, cut into very thin slices.

    We wrap the pita bread in a tight roll. We put it in a bag or wrap it in foil, put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Cut into pieces before serving.
