If I keep track of nutrition, then I will not frantically dig diet recipes for baking in bouts of withdrawal, but I will go for a ruban of natural yogurt with fresh berries or cottage cheese with honey, just fruit at the worst. Why complicate your already difficult front-line youth.

Plus, this recipe is completely free of sugar and any strange additives or substitutes. As a sweetener, 1 banana and 1 tbsp are used. honey. And this is for three, as they used to say, MAYONNAISE jars of 250 ml.
