I found a simple cake recipe, all the products are there, I decided to bake it. Having adjusted the recipe for myself a little, I share with you what I got. I need the oil to be soft, so I kept it at room temperature for a while.

For the cream:

First, combine the dry ingredients in a small bowl: flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt and vanillin.

Then add an egg to this mixture.

Stir the muffin dough until smooth.

Divide the dough into baking pans so that they are two-thirds full.

Bake muffins at 200-210 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool the finished muffins.

Making mascarpone cream

While the muffins are cooling, prepare the cream. To do this, combine cream cheese, cream and powdered sugar.

Whisk until fluffy. Be careful not to interrupt the cream or it will curl up. To avoid this, the ingredients must be at room temperature.
