The difference in cooking with the previous recipe is relatively small, but the result will be completely different. These pastries are perfect for light desserts for a romantic dinner. The only caveat is that only butter is used in this dish, margarine is undesirable.

    1. Fat cream - 150 ml.
    2. Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
    3. Powdered sugar - 150 g.
    4. Liqueur - 30 ml.
    5. Salt.
    6. Soda - 0.5 tsp.
    7. Wheat flour, premium grade - 1 tbsp. l. of necessity.
    8. Butter - 80 g.
    • Cool heavy cream in advance and beat into a fluffy dense mass. It is not necessary to completely bring them to the state of classic whipped cream. It is enough that they slightly increase in volume.
    • Grind chicken eggs with powdered sugar with a whisk until white.
    • Transfer the egg mass to a bowl of soft butter and add lightly whipped cream.
    • Gently mixing all the ingredients, gradually, in scattering movements, pour the potato starch into a bowl. After mixing in the starch, pour in the sweet liquor.
  • If the mass turns out to be too airy or liquidish, then add another spoonful of flour.
  • Grease the surface of the waffle iron, pour in the dough and bake the waffles in any shape. If waffles are baked - pancakes, then they can be immediately cut or curled up for future dessert.
  • Serve fruit confiture or jam, sour cream, condensed milk, chocolate, fresh fruit for ready-made baked goods.

    Airy waffles with a delicate texture. A great start to a boring everyday day when you want something tasty and delicious.

    1. Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
    2. Powdered sugar - 150 g.
    3. Milk - 400 ml.
    4. Butter - 50 g.
    5. Wheat flour - 200 g.
    6. Vanilla sugar.
    7. Salt.
    8. Soda - 0.5 tsp.
    • Grind the icing sugar with three yolks. Pour in vanilla sugar and achieve complete dissolution of the crystals. Cool the remaining proteins in the freezer.
    • Combine soft butter with egg mixture. Stir well and gradually add milk, salt, wheat flour and baking soda.
    • Beat the pre-chilled egg whites separately.
    • Using a regular spatula, mix the protein mass and the base of the waffle text. You cannot mix them with a mixer, otherwise all the airiness will go away.
    • Pour the resulting fluffy dough onto a heated waffle iron and bake until tender. This usually takes about 3 minutes.
    • Put the baked waffles on a paper napkin and, if desired, cover with a cotton towel so that the hot pastry does not dry out.

    Soft waffles made from yeast dough

    The vast majority of waffle dough recipes contain baking soda, as the main guarantor of the splendor, softness and airiness of the products. Yeast is used much less often when baking waffles. You will have to spend twice as much time on such a dish, since the yeast needs to stand warm for at least 20 minutes.

    1. Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
    2. Milk - 650 ml.
    3. Dry yeast - 1.5 tsp.
    4. Butter - 180 g.
    5. Wheat flour - 0.5 kg.
    6. Powdered sugar or sugar - 100 g.
    7. Vanillin - 1 p.
    8. Salt - 0.25 tsp
    • Heat half a glass of milk to a warm state (no higher than 38-40 degrees, otherwise microorganisms will die) and dissolve yeast powder in it.
    • Stir softened butter, half a glass of milk and three yolks into a homogeneous mass.
    • As soon as the milk with yeast begins to foam, pour it over the base of the dough. Pour wheat flour there.
    • Cool the remaining egg whites and beat until light foam. Combine with other components without using a mixer.
    • Cover the dishes with the dough with a towel and put them in a quiet, warm place without drafts for 1.5 hours.
    • Slightly sediment the matched dough and pour onto a waffle iron greased with lard or vegetable oil.
    • Bake until tender, serve hot or chilled, with any sweet sauce to taste.

    Salted waffles with bacon

    An alternative waffle for exotic lovers. The main difference from all previous recipes is the complete absence of sugar in the recipe. Add salt to the dough to your liking. If desired, the finished products can be sprinkled with coarse-crystalline salt or a complex seasoning like "Rollton". Eat as a light snack or as a beer snack.

    1. Potato starch - 3 tbsp. l.
    2. Fat sour cream - 200 g.
    3. Wheat flour - 1 tbsp. l.
    4. Butter - 150 g.
    5. Soda -0.5 tsp.
    6. Dried dill - 0.5 tsp
    7. Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
    8. Boiled salt - to taste.
    9. Whole caraway - 0.5 tsp.
    10. Black pepper.
    11. Coarse crystalline salt - for decoration.
    12. Bacon - 8 strips
    13. Sesame - 1 tbsp l.
    14. Garlic - 3 cloves.
    15. Vegetable oil for frying.
    • Mix chicken eggs with fat sour cream, soft butter. Gradually disperse potato starch and wheat flour into the resulting mass.
    • Add baking soda, cumin seeds, black pepper, dried dill and salt. Make a homogeneous dough, slightly thicker than for sweet waffles.
    • Drop literally a few drops of vegetable oil into the pan. A minute later, crush three cloves of garlic into it. After the aroma appears, add the bacon strips and fry until lightly crispy. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
    • From the resulting dough, bake soft waffles, which, while serving, garnish with broken bacon, not fried sesame seeds, salt or complex seasoning.
    • Break the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. We send the first to the refrigerator, and whisk the second with sugar. You should get a thick white mass.
    • In the process, add vanillin. We heat the butter, combine with salt, milk. We send to the yolks. Mix thoroughly.

    • Pre-sift the flour, combine with a baking powder. Gradually add to the dough. Knead, rub the lumps.

    • Beat the whites until thick foam, gently pour into the mass. Stir with a tablespoon from top to bottom. We do not use a mixer or blender at this stage.

    • We heat the waffle iron, grease with oil, distribute the dough.

    • Bake for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

    Waffles "In a hurry"


    A terrific recipe for quick, soft, airy, crispy Viennese waffles for an electric waffle iron at home. It is very useful in cases when there is very little time left for cooking.

    Ingredients:

    • 300 g flour;
    • 4 things. eggs;
    • 200 g butter;
    • 200 g sugar;
    • 1 pinch of salt.

    Preparation:

    • Break the eggs into a deep container, salt, add sugar and beat well with a blender until fluffy and smooth. You can use a whisk, but then the process will be long.

    • During the operation of the kitchen equipment, add the pre-melted chilled butter.

    • Sift the flour, gradually introduce it into the mass.

    • We heat the waffle iron well, grease it with an oily liquid, spread the dough. Close carefully.

    • We bake the first batch for 5 minutes, the next a little less.

    You can increase the amount of baking soda if desired.

    Preparation:

    1. Melt the oil in a water bath, cool.
    2. Separately break the eggs, turn them with a blender into a mass with a uniform consistency, add sugar, vanillin, salt
    3. Use a whisk to stir the combined ingredients. Pour in oil liquid, sour cream, and soda.
    4. Sift flour there. We knead the dough.
    5. Oil the waffle iron, warm it up well.
    6. Gently spread the mass with a tablespoon.
    7. Close, hold for 2 minutes, then turn over and cook the same amount.

    Chocolate waffles


    Mouth-watering waffles with a chocolate flavor will delight children. The output is about 10 pieces. They can be taken to school as a light snack.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 tbsp. flour;
    • 100 g butter;
    • 0.5 tbsp. Sahara;
    • 2 pcs. eggs;
    • 1.5 tbsp. l. cocoa powder;
    • 0.5 tsp baking powder;
    • 1 p. Vanillin;
    • 0.5 tsp salt.

    Preparation:

    1. Combine eggs with vanilla, sugar and salt.
    2. Beat with a blender until a homogeneous fluffy mass is formed. This will take approximately 3 minutes.
    3. Add ghee, pre-sifted cocoa, mix.
    4. We turn on the kitchen appliance again. We introduce flour, baking powder, fry for another 2-3 minutes. The dough is ready.
    5. We oil the waffle iron, heat it up, pour out 2 tbsp each. l. masses, level and close tightly.
    6. Bake until golden brown (about 4-5 minutes).

    1. To prepare really light waffles that melt in your mouth, be sure to separate the yolks with the whites. Beat the latter at the highest power and add at the end.
    2. Pour the dough into the center of the mold, then distribute over the surface. We close the lid immediately so that it does not have time to rise strongly.
    3. When serving, we put not in one pile, but simply next to each other. Otherwise they will stick together.
