Ingredients: green radish - 1 pc .; chicken breast - 1 pc (or, in my opinion, fillet with 2 chicken legs).; onions - 2 pcs.; hard-boiled chicken eggs - 3 pcs.; flour - 1 tbsp. spoon; vegetable oil, salt, pepper. Dressing: mayonnaise (can be replaced with kaymak or natural yogurt).

Cut the chicken fillet into slices about the size of a finger. Season with salt, season with freshly ground pepper mixture, and leave to marinate.

Peel the radish and cut into round or semicircular slices. Pour cold salted water over and leave for 30-40 minutes. Thanks to this soaking, we will get rid of the tart odor and the radish will be well salted, so then you will not have to salt it later.

In a well-heated frying pan, in a small amount of vegetable oil, fry the chopped chicken fillet. The pickled pieces will roast very quickly, do not miss it, otherwise you will get dried, tasteless crackers.

Cut the onion into rings or half rings. Sprinkle with flour. Stir and transfer to a sieve. Shake the sieve several times to remove excess flour.

Saute the onion in a sufficient amount of vegetable oil. Do not overcook it too much, the onion should turn golden. Place the sautéed onions on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

The onions should be crispy and delicious.

Drain the water from the radish and chop it into thin strips. Now take it and, in parts, squeeze it well with your hands.

Transfer the squeezed radish and sauteed chicken fillets to a salad bowl. Add a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise (kaymak or yogurt) and stir.

Chop the hard-boiled eggs into strips and place them in a slide in a salad bowl, on top of the chicken radish.

Put warm sautéed onions in a circle. Sprinkle with fried sesame seeds on top.

Stir the salad just before serving. There is no need to "insist" and "saturate" anything, tea is not silage, but an appetizer. The onion should remain crisp and the egg yolk should not turn into a “cloudy slurry” by irreversibly reacting with the dressing.

By the way, nothing prevents you, my friends, from replacing the radish with radish, only you don't need to soak it. And it is not necessary to clean, the main thing is to wash well. Well, yes, it takes longer. So take a “Korean” grater if you're so impatient.

Any radish, except black, is suitable for preparing a salad with boiled chicken and fresh carrots. As a dressing, I use sour cream 10% fat, but any other will do, as well as mayonnaise. Chicken fillet can be boiled in advance, or before preparing a salad. The carrots are added raw. I rub vegetables on a coarse grater. An indispensable ingredient in the dish is garlic, chopped with a garlic press. Our family loves him and is useful.

The carrots and radishes will become even juicier, but try to remove them from the water within 12 hours. Before serving, peel and chop the garlic, grate the vegetables and finely chop the chicken fillet.

  • 250 gr of boiled beef
  • 1 green radish
  • 2 onions
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 tsp flour

Cut the meat into strips.
Cut the onion into thin half rings and fry in boiling oil. A couple of minutes before cooking, pour flour into the fried onion.
Peel the radish and three on a coarse grater. Now the radish needs to be squeezed out.
Combine meat, onion and radish, add chopped greens. We mix everything, season with salt, pepper and mayonnaise. That's it, the radish appetizer salad is ready.

Recipe 8: Green radish salad with squid

  • Squids - 150-200 g,
  • radish - 1-2 pcs.,
  • 1-2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil,
  • 1-2 tbsp. l. vinegar

Separately chop the boiled squid and fresh radish into strips, season with vegetable oil, vinegar, salt. Mix everything, sprinkle with parsley.
