    • Water - 200 ml;
    • Garlic - 4 cloves;
    • Salt - 2 teaspoons;
    • Large beets - 2 pieces.

    Cooking steps:

    1. Boil the vegetable until cooked and cool.
    2. Grate the beets on a fine grater.
    3. Add semolina.
    4. Knead the dough thoroughly.

    Lean (vegan) waffles and wafer rolls with condensed milk and ice cream

    Composition:

    Glass - 250 ml
    • 2 cups of flour
    • 2/3 cup sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric (optional)

    • 100 ml vegetable oil
    • 350 ml water
