Not everyone likes alcoholic drinks in the summer heat. To everyone who is madly thirsty for freshness, but is afraid to get drunk inappropriately, original recipe"Apricot gingertini". The cocktail turns out to be femininely sweet, but at the same time it has an amazing tonic effect. By the way, the recipe was invented especially for pregnant women.

Non-alcoholic apricot cocktail ingredients:

  • White grape juice - 75 ml
  • Apricot nectar - 90 ml
  • Ginger syrup - 30 ml
  • Ground cloves - ¼ tsp
  • Ice - 3-4 pcs.

Preparation of a non-alcoholic apricot cocktail:

Non-alcoholic cocktail "Apricot gingertini" is prepared using the shake & strain method.

Place a few ice cubes in the bottom of your cocktail shaker glass. You don't even need to be greedy. Add grape juice, apricot nectar, ginger syrup... Place the ground cloves. Screw on the mixer lid and stir vigorously.

Keep a frozen martini funnel handy.

When the dirty cocktail has cooled enough, pass the liquid through the filter to remove any excess. Pour the mixture into a serving glass. Place a sprig of cloves on the edge as a garnish.

Interesting Facts:

The recipe for "Apricot Gingertini" was found in a rather interesting booklet. Natalie Bowie-Nelson has put together an entire treat guide, a collection of alcohol-free cocktail recipes for expectant mothers called Preggatinis.

The drink stands out for its amazing aroma and deep taste. For some reason, I just want to add at least a drop of gin to Apricot Gingerbread, but as soon as you remember about the future descendant, silly thoughts pass by themselves.

Incidentally, "Apricot Gingertini" is indicated for use in the first trimester. This is because grape juice is prescribed by doctors in the early stages of pregnancy, and cloves and ginger are the oldest natural remedies for nausea, which is considered the main symptom of toxicosis. All this variety goes well with apricot.

Apricot cocktail

Canned apricots - 8 pcs.

Milk - 200 ml

Lemon juice - 40 ml

Apricot juice - 60 ml

Natural yogurt - 200 g

Fresh raspberries - 20 g

Fresh blueberries - 20 g

Mint - 4 leaves

Chop apricots arbitrarily, add milk, lemon and apricot juice, yogurt, beat everything well in a blender.

Pour cocktail into glasses, decorate fresh berries raspberries and blueberries, as well as mint leaves.
