We will acquire ripe watermelon and let's start cooking!

Cut out the juicy pulp from the half of the watermelon and remove the seeds from it by moving it into a deep container.

To this we add honey: buckwheat, flower, etc., fresh mint leaves. If you are allergic to honey, replace it with a few teaspoons of granulated sugar. Also, if desired, you can add about 0.5 tsp. lemon juice.

Using an immersion blender at a low speed, gently chop the watermelon pulp, turning it into a smoothie, or rather, into fresh.

From a blender, pour the fresh watermelon into portion glasses or cocktail glasses. If you want to remove almost all the pulp, then additionally place a strainer with a double layer of cheesecloth on each glass and strain the fresh juice - you get real watermelon juice.

Serve watermelon juice with straws. It is desirable that they have wide holes, since the chopped pulp will get stuck in the thin ones.

For those who like to drink chilled drinks, I advise you to add a few ice cubes to each glass or cool the fresh watermelon in the refrigerator - it is stored for about 6 hours without losing its taste.

Watermelon fresh - recipe

This refreshing watermelon drink is a great thirst-fighting drink for kids and adults alike. A small amount of citric acid will help emphasize the natural sweetness of the juice.

Ingredients:

  • cubes of watermelon pulp - 3 tbsp.;
  • lemon juice - 15 ml;
  • or agave syrup to taste.

Preparation

If your juicer is not able to filter them, remove the seeds from the pulp of the watermelon beforehand. Pass the watermelon through the device and mix the prepared syrup with lemon juice... If the natural sweetness of the berry is not enough, you can always add honey or agave syrup to the juice, and a couple of ice cubes will provide a refreshing effect.

Fresh watermelon in a blender

The lion's share of watermelon pulp consists of water, and therefore the juice from it does not have to be passed through a juicer, it is enough to use a simple blender and add a little water to the watermelon.

Take a kilogram of watermelon pulp and peel it of seeds. Place the slices of watermelon in a blender and whisk. If you come across a berry that is not too juicy and the finished whipped pulp looks more like mashed potatoes, add a little water, otherwise add lemon juice or honey to your taste, and then pour into glasses and serve with ice cubes.

Watermelon-melon fresh

The best companion of a watermelon during the "velvet season" is a cantaloupe. We decided to mix the juice of both fruits within the framework of this recipe and it turned out delicious.

Prepare equal portions of melon and watermelon pulp, remove all seeds from the latter. Place prepared fruits in a blender bowl and beat until smooth. Dilute the finished puree with ice water or ice cubes, and if the sweetness of melon and watermelon is not enough, add honey.

How to make frozen watermelon fresh?

Ingredients for two servings

  • Watermelons (with crust) 900 gr

  4. Grind the watermelon pulp with a blender or food processor.
  5. Then mix it with the sugar - citrus "sweetener" and stir well with a spoon. If you have the opportunity to enlarge the photo sufficiently, then the graduated marks on the pan are visible there - it turns out about 600 ml.
  6. Serve with a little ice and a sprig of mint in each glass.
  7. Juices are known to be cold drinks with ice. It would seem, well, how can you make fresh watermelon ?! It's already watery, and the taste of this giant berry is not too intense. Add ice to the watermelon juice - and you risk getting a little sweet water.
  8. Therefore, if you really want to taste watermelon juice, you have to be cunning: firstly, add sugar there (so that it does not turn out to be completely not sweet), secondly - lime juice (to refresh and intensify the taste) and thirdly - a sprig of mint so that too much ice is not required, but the freshness is.

I remember how in childhood, starting in August, numerous stalls with watermelon traders appeared in the markets! It is now, at the time of the rampant miracles of chemicals for enhanced growth or accelerated ripening, watermelons appear in May or early June. And then it was imperative to wait for August or early September. And my dad and I went to the market to pick this sweet, scarlet, giant berry! And the watermelon must have been Astrakhan! Indeed, in Astrakhan, the most suitable climate for their cultivation, and it is there that the sweetest fruits of Watermelon, with a juicy bright scarlet pulp, grow.

Choosing the right watermelon was a ritual! But nevertheless, fresh watermelon is the same healthy pulp, only peeled from seeds and poured into glasses, glasses and mugs.

Peel and seed the pulp and place in a tall container. Turn into a liquid puree with a hand blender.

I advise you not to be lazy, and still remove the watermelon seeds first. After all, a powerful submersible blender is able to crush the seeds, and even after straining, there will be a high probability that the pieces of seeds will get into the drink.

The resulting pulp must be filtered through a very fine sieve. We need watermelon water! From it we will prepare ice for fresh. You won't get too much water through a fine sieve. Just enough to fill one standard ice cube tray. And 1 liter of watermelon pulp remains.

Pour the ready-made fresh watermelon into a container and decorate with fresh mint leaves on top.
