I, like many other people, love pies, and of course I could not miss such a novelty.But for a long time I did not dare to try, since the price of wow - 110 rubles. She deciphered the recipe, picked up the ingredients and everything worked out! I must warn you that the recipe is not the easiest one, but there is nothing terrible either. It's all up to us.

Dough
Almonds - 160 g
Powdered sugar - 150 g
Wheat flour - 350 g
Chicken egg - 2 pieces
Butter ( room temperature) - 150 g
Filling
Petals (almond, for sprinkling the finished cake) - 50 g
Apple (it is better to take sweet and sour varieties) - 1300 g
Sugar - 150 g
Cinnamon - 1 tsp
Water - 50 ml
Agar-agar - 3 tbsp. l.
Lemon juice (small or 1/2 large lemon) - 1 pc

Prepare food for the test. The oil must be removed from the refrigerator in advance, it must be at room temperature. Grind the nuts in a blender. I had almond flour ready.
Mix ground almonds with flour.
Take about half the flour, add softened butter, stir. Beat eggs together with powdered sugar, add to the butter-flour mixture, mix.
Add the remaining flour, quickly knead the dough.
Collect it in a bun, wrap it in plastic wrap and send it to the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
In the meantime, let's get down to stuffing. Here you have to tinker. First, prepare the products so that everything is at hand.
Peel 900 g of apples and cut into cubes.
Place them in a saucepan, add water, sugar, cinnamon and simmer until soft, ~ 6-8 minutes.
Cool the finished apples to room temperature, add agar-agar to the apple mixture, mix. If you do not have agar agar, you can substitute marmalade for it " lemon slice"in the amount of 300 g. Peel the remaining apples (400 g) and cut into thin slices, sprinkle with lemon juice so that they do not darken.
Grease a detachable form with a diameter of 24 cm and a height of 6-8 cm. Preheat the oven to 200 * C. Roll out the dough into a layer of 2 mm and carefully move it into a mold, the sides should be 5-6 cm. Cover the dough with baking paper, previously well wrinkled and then straightened, cover with dry peas or some other load. Send the mold with the dough to the heated oven for 15 minutes, then remove it from the oven, remove the baking paper with the load, and put the mold in the oven again for another 10 minutes, while reducing the oven t to 180 * C.
Take the form out of the oven, put the stewed apples into it.
Put raw apple slices on top in a circle.
Sprinkle lightly with sugar and top with cereal butter, in total it will take about 1 tbsp. l. oils. Place in the oven and bake for ~ 15-20 minutes. Then remove the cake from the oven, sprinkle on top almond petals and again send to the oven until tender.
My dough didn't fit into the mold, it turned out to be a lot, I baked a whole baking sheet of cookies from the remaining dough. Or maybe it was necessary to take a larger form. But I did it the way Masha had in the recipe.
Cool the finished cake completely in a mold, lightly sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar.
I must say that 900 g of apples in the lower part of the filling seemed to me very small, and from 400 g for the upper part there was just left. So I would leave 2-3 apples on the top, and put everything else in the bottom of the filling.

Preparation:
