I always fill my tomatoes with marinade 2 times, and then I just roll them up on a turnkey basis.

So, when the tomatoes have stood for the allotted time, pour the brine into the pan and bring it to a boil again.

Fragrant brine, thanks to the grapes, turns out to be a beautiful pink color.

Pour the tomatoes with brine a second time, add 1 tsp to each jar. vinegar essence and roll it up with a key.

How to prepare tomatoes with grapes for future use

Before you start making a blank, you need to carefully prepare all the components. To do this, you need to scrupulously wash each tomato, rinse the bunches of grapes, dill umbrellas and bay leaves under running water, peel and wash the garlic.

Sterilization of cans

The cans are also thoroughly treated with soda, then washed under running water several times and sterilized along with the lids.

This is an important point!

A can with a volume of 1.5 liters - we sterilize for 7-8 minutes;

Volume 2 liters - 10 minutes;

Volume of 3 liters - 15 minutes.

When all the vegetables are prepared and the jars are sterilized, the spices, herbs and vegetables are stacked.

Placing vegetables in a jar

First of all, dill, garlic, bay leaves, peppers and cloves are placed on the bottom of the can. And then comes the turn of the tomatoes (which you can pre-prick with a needle or a wooden skewer, so that the tomatoes do not burst). We put the tomatoes in a jar, trying to do it as tightly as possible, but not too much.

When half a jar of tomatoes is stacked, a bunch of grapes is laid and the tomatoes are again brought to the top of the jar. We do this with all vegetables, putting them in jars with the addition of grapes. Cover the sterile jars with lids on top.

Marinade

While we are working on cans, we put a saucepan on the stove, pour the required amount of water and add the appropriate amount of sugar and salt. Bring the marinade to a boil, boil for 2-3 minutes and start pouring it into the jars.

Pour tomatoes 2 times and both times with prepared marinade.

When all the jars are filled with marinade, let them stand for 15-20 minutes.

Then pour the marinade from the cans back into the pan and bring it to a boil again, boil and pour the tomatoes with brine a second time to the top of the neck of the can.

The pouring process has come to an end.

We add vinegar to each jar and roll up the turnkey jars.

Then, turning the cans over onto the lid, cover the top with a blanket and let cool completely.
