Ingredients:

  • 3 cups nuts (peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pecans, walnuts)

  • 1/3 tsp ground black pepper;
  • 1/3 tsp nutmeg;

We have a simple party format, right? We will not bother, we also don’t want to spend a lot of time on cooking snacks, so we take a package of ready-made puff pastry and, of course, we don’t tell anyone about it (you remember, before the guests arrived, you were buzzing in the kitchen like Maya the bee, and not a bath at all accepted, leafing through your favorite gloss!). Five minutes of active cooking - and you have delicious cheese sticks on your table, which are good for beer so that you can bite off your tongue!

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of puff yeast-free dough;
  • 1/4 tsp hot chili peppers;
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary;
  • 150 g of any hard cheese with a pronounced pungent taste;
  • if desired - a handful of seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, you can take flax or sesame seeds).

Unfold the defrosted dough on a surface slightly dusted with flour and - attention! - contrary to the manufacturer's recommendations, we additionally roll it out slightly.

  1. This will make the finished products more tender and crisp.
  2. Of course, even layering will suffer, but in the case of cheese sticks, we don't need it.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients and sprinkle the dough evenly.
  4. Grate the cheese and evenly distribute it over the surface of the dough.
  5. We fold it in half - along the long side.
  6. Roll out a little again, and in this case, the main goal is to combine the cheese with the dough, to mold.

Cut into strips about 1 cm thick, then twist each strip several times in a spiral and put it on a baking sheet. We bake for about half an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Lavash chips - sour cream and dill

I will say from experience: cooking potato chips at home is a lot of hassle, and the result, as a rule, no matter how hard you try, most often resembles fried potatoes rather than the usual crispy snack for beer. However, there is an alternative - chips made from ... lavash. Of course, they do not have the characteristic potato flavor, however, they are deliciously spicy, slightly spicy, moderately salty and unusually crunchy. I recommend with all my heart!

Ingredients:

  • 2 sheets of pita bread;
  • 3 tbsp. l. thick sour cream;
  • 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 small bunch of dill;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Mix sour cream, vegetable oil, finely chopped dill, squeezed garlic, salt and pepper.

We put the resulting pieces of lavash in one layer on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at a temperature of 220 degrees for about 7-10 minutes. Carefully, do not overdry so that the burnt pita bread does not taste bitter!

No, probably, you shouldn't make sandwiches anyway: can you imagine how inconvenient it is to jump with a glass of beer, participating in fun contests, and at the same time keep a huge sandwich in the air? No, absolutely no! But tiny canapes, perhaps, will come in handy: a crunchy base of "Borodino" bread, delicious cheese mass, delicate but vigorous taste of garlic - in my opinion, this is one of the best snacks for beer!

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • 1 processed cheese OK;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 3-4 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
  • black bread.

Cut the bread into small squares, dry until crispy in a dry frying pan or in the oven.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups nuts (peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pecans, walnuts)

  • 1/3 tsp ground black pepper;
  • 1/3 tsp nutmeg;

We will not bother, we also don’t want to spend a lot of time on cooking snacks, so we take a package of ready-made puff pastry and, of course, we don’t tell anyone about it (you remember, before the guests arrived, you were buzzing in the kitchen like Maya the bee, and not a bath at all accepted, leafing through your favorite gloss!). Five minutes of active cooking - and you have delicious cheese sticks on your table, which are good for beer so that you can bite off your tongue!

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of puff yeast-free dough;
  • 1/4 tsp hot chili peppers;
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary;
  • 150 g of any hard cheese with a pronounced pungent taste;
  • if desired - a handful of seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, you can take flax or sesame seeds).

Unfold the defrosted dough on a surface slightly dusted with flour and - attention! - contrary to the manufacturer's recommendations, we additionally roll it out slightly.

  1. This will make the finished products more tender and crisp.
  2. Of course, even layering will suffer, but in the case of cheese sticks, we don't need it.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients and sprinkle the dough evenly.

  5. We fold it in half - along the long side.
  6. Roll out a little again, and in this case, the main goal is to combine the cheese with the dough, to mold.

Cut into strips about 1 cm thick, then twist each strip several times in a spiral and put it on a baking sheet. We bake for about half an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Lavash chips - sour cream and dill

I will say from experience: cooking potato chips at home is a lot of hassle, and the result, as a rule, no matter how hard you try, most often resembles fried potatoes rather than the usual crispy snack for beer. However, there is an alternative - chips made from ... lavash. Of course, they do not have the characteristic potato flavor, however, they are deliciously spicy, slightly spicy, moderately salty and unusually crunchy. I recommend with all my heart!

Ingredients:

  • 2 sheets of pita bread;
  • 3 tbsp. l. thick sour cream;
  • 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 small bunch of dill;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Mix sour cream, vegetable oil, finely chopped dill, squeezed garlic, salt and pepper.

No, probably, you shouldn't make sandwiches anyway: can you imagine how inconvenient it is to jump with a glass of beer, participating in fun contests, and at the same time keep a huge sandwich in the air? No, absolutely no! But tiny canapes, perhaps, will come in handy: a crunchy base of "Borodino" bread, delicious cheese mass, delicate but vigorous taste of garlic - in my opinion, this is one of the best snacks for beer!

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • 1 processed cheese;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 3-4 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
  • black bread.

Cut the bread into small squares, dry until crispy in a dry frying pan or in the oven.
