If you have a little cabbage left in the refrigerator after cooking or cabbage rolls, and a few are stale, I will tell you how to cook from this minimum set delicious, hearty dinner, which is easy to feed the whole family.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 400 g cabbage
  • 4-5 sausages or wieners
  • 2-3 glasses of water (less)
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • Bay leaf
  • sunflower oil for frying
Preparation:

Fry finely chopped onions and carrots in a multicooker in the "baking" or "frying" mode for 10-15 minutes.

Peel the sausages and cut into slices. Add sausages to the fried vegetables, fry everything together for another 5-7 minutes.

Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into cubes or sticks. Finely chop the cabbage. Send cabbage and potatoes to the multicooker bowl. Season with salt and pepper, add bay leaf. Pour the water. Mix.

Set the baking mode for 50 minutes. During the cooking process, the potatoes can be mixed once.

I cooked this dish from young vegetables, everything boiled very well, it turned out delicious and satisfying.

Add tomato paste and a pinch of sugar 5 minutes before the end of stewing. The sugar will give the stewed cabbage softness and will also neutralize the acid found in tomato paste. Stir all ingredients and taste. If something is missing (for example, salt), then add and bring to taste. The dish is served hot and hot. Garnish with finely chopped herbs before serving.

  • smoked sausage - 250 g;
  • potato - 300 g;
  • carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • tomato paste - 1 tsp;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • a glass of water;
  • vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • salt, black pepper, sugar - to taste.

The cooking recipe is as follows. Peel the vegetables. Cut the onion into cubes. Grate carrots. If the potatoes are small (young potatoes), cut them in half. If it is large, divide it into 4 parts. Fry vegetables (onions and carrots) in a pan in vegetable oil. Cut the sausage into cubes, but not too finely, and fry with the vegetables. Add potatoes to fried vegetables and smoked meat products, season with salt, pepper and pour in half a glass of water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes until half cooked.

Chop the head of cabbage into small pieces. Add to stews and vegetables. Mix all the ingredients and add the remaining water. Simmer for 20 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. 5 minutes until ready, add tomato paste and a pinch of sugar. To mix everything.

Before serving, taste and, if necessary, add the missing spices. The dish is incredibly tasty and satisfying.

In a multicooker

Stewed cabbage with sausage in a slow cooker can be cooked. If there is absolutely not enough time for cooking, a multicooker will come to the rescue. In it, you can cook amazing dishes and at the same time do household chores. The multicooker will do all the work for you.

Cooking time - 60 minutes. Servings Per Container - 2-3. The calorie content of the dish is 220 kcal.

Main Ingredients:

  • cabbage leaves- 400 g;
  • tomato paste - 1 tsp;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • carrot - 1 pc.;
  • a glass of boiled water;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • sausage - 250 g;
  • salt, sugar, nutmeg - to taste.

Cut the head of cabbage into strips. Carrots, washed and peeled, grate. Mix the components and add salt. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Fry the onions in vegetable oil in a multicooker bowl in the "Fry" mode.

Add tomato paste. Fry onion and tomato paste with a pinch of sugar. It neutralizes excess tomato paste acid. Cut the kolbaska into strips and fry along with all the ingredients in a slow cooker.

Add a glass of boiled water to the multicooker bowl and then salted cabbage leaves with carrots. Cook vegetables under a closed lid in the "Stew" mode for 1 hour.

At the very end, add nutmeg (to taste). Stewed cabbage with sausage in a slow cooker is ready!

1. Peel a small head of cabbage from the top leaves and stumps, cut into halves and chop into thin strips. If the cabbage is old, you should put it in a bowl, add a little salt and gently mash it with your hands so that the juice begins to stand out.
2. Peel, wash, dry potatoes, carrots and onions. Cut the potatoes into small cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater (or cut into thin strips), finely chop the onions with a knife.
3. Peel the boiled sausage and cut into small cubes.
4. Fry the chopped cabbage in portions in a frying pan or stewpan with heated sunflower oil, transfer to a cauldron and place on the stove.
5. Fry the potatoes separately (almost until tender) and boiled sausage, transfer to a cauldron with cabbage.
6. Prepare the frying. Fry chopped onions and carrots in sunflower oil. Tomato paste dilute ¾ st. water and pour into a pan with fried vegetables. Add ground black pepper and salt to taste, stir and bring to a boil. Send the frying to the cauldron with cabbage.
7. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients of the food, cover the cauldron with a lid and continue to simmer the cabbage until tender.
8. Let the cabbage with sausage and potatoes brew under the lid for 5 minutes, then put the food in portioned plates and serve.

I know from my own experience that this recipe not only ordinary white cabbage turns out to be very tasty, but also red. In addition, instead of boiled sausage, you can safely use ham, sausages or sausages. The dish turns out to be even tastier, more aromatic and brighter if you add a large amount of chopped fresh parsley to it.

white cabbage - 300-350 g;

boiled potatoes - 2-3 pcs.;

carrots - 1 pc.;

sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. l .;

sausages - 2-3 pcs.;

tomato ketchup (or tomato sauce) - 2 tbsp. l .;

water (or vegetable broth) - 100 ml;

garlic - 2 cloves;

salt, pepper - to taste.

Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan. Peel carrots and onions. Put carrots, grated on a coarse grater, and finely chopped onions in a pan and fry for a couple of minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Add chopped cabbage to the fried vegetables, salt and mix, simmer for 2-3 minutes. Pour water (or vegetable broth) into the pan, reduce heat and cover. Simmer cabbage for 10 minutes.

During this time, cut the boiled potatoes and sausages into slices.

Add potatoes with sausages to the pan to the cabbage.

Sprinkle the dish with ground pepper, add tomato ketchup, stir, cover the pan with a lid again and simmer cabbage with potatoes and sausages for 8-10 minutes.

After this time, add chopped garlic to the pan, mix well and remove from heat, let it brew under a closed lid for 10-15 minutes.

Today is my lazy Ukrainian cuisine day. When I don't really want to bother with cooking dinner, our simple ones come to my rescue, but no less healthy recipes dishes of Ukrainian cuisine. Today I will cook stewed cabbage with potatoes and sausages.

To prepare this dish, we need the following products: cabbage roach, carrots, onions, bell peppers, potatoes, olive oil, tomatoes in own juice, garlic and chicken bouillon cube.

First, we will cut all the vegetables. Bell pepper cut into small cubes, three carrots on a medium grater.

Chop the onion and garlic into small cubes.


Peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters.

Free the cabbage from the top sheets and cut into strips.

We put the pan on the fire and pour in two tablespoons olive oil... We heat the oil and first fry the onions, carrots, bell peppers, then add the potatoes and also fry them over high heat, then add the cabbage. Fry it until it halves in volume.

After that, add pieces of tomatoes in our own juice (you can just take fresh tomato, scald it with boiling water and remove the peel from it, then cut the tomato into small cubes).

We also send chicken bouillon cube, black ground pepper to vegetables. We mix all this well and taste it for salt. For me, the salt contained in the bouillon cube is usually enough, and you can add more salt if necessary.


We cover the cauldron or frying pan with a lid, reduce the heat to slow and simmer the cabbage, stirring it occasionally, for about 20 minutes. After that, put the sausages in the cauldron and pour boiled hot water into the cabbage with sausages, you need a little water, 100 grams. Close the cauldron again with a lid and give liquid to evaporate, and due to this liquid, the sausages are steamed and cooked.
