Once upon a time I wanted to do something interesting and unusual ... and long walks on the Internet led me to the recipe for the original cookies with candies, which, melting, form multicolored stained glass windows in the cookies!

And now - it came true! I'm doing it! But, in the course of making cookies with caramel, I had to make some changes, so I am already writing an option with some reservations ... So 🙂

What to make cookies from Glass

Shortcrust pastry

200 g of margarine (but Ilyinskoe butter seems to be the best. This is vegetable mixed with natural ... Well, in principle, for any baking and does not cause heartburn, although, of course, this is my personal observation :-))
100 g sour cream;
2 eggs;
200 g sugar;
1 bag of baking powder;
4.5 flour approximately;

The lollipops melt sooo fast ... as soon as they have spread and have not yet changed their "candy" color - you need to get the cookies, otherwise all the rainbow beauty will turn into a brown disgrace .. :-)

If the lollipops have not completely filled the hole in the cookie - it's okay, while it's hot, you can gently move it along the baking sheet to correct ...
