Defrost the dough first when room temperature... Roll out in one direction, not too thin, cut into rectangles with sides of 9x10 or 10x11.

Place the cut rectangles in muffin tins. Dust the bottom of the square a little with starch.

Pour in 1 tsp. chocolate. Grate or chop the chocolate. You can use chocolate drops.

Put in 3 frozen berries. You don't need to put a lot of berries, otherwise the filling will be too sour and may leak.

Pinch the edges of the squares, grease the puffs with yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes, until browned.

Be sure to cool the puffs, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.

  • raspberries - 0.3 kg;
  • sugar - 80 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;

While the puff pastry is defrosting, prepare the filling. Unfortunately, often when baking different dough products, the berry filling flows - a lot of juice is released, it stains the baking sheet, burns, appearance baking suffers from this, and affects the taste. To avoid this, we prepare the filling correctly. We sort out the raspberries, remove the tails and leaves, wash them thoroughly under running water and leave them to drain well. Mix sugar with starch and carefully sprinkle the berries with this mixture, trying to cover them more or less evenly with it. Cut the defrosted dough into squares, roll it out slightly, put the filling in the middle. Grease the edges of the dough with a beaten egg and gently fold it with an envelope or in half, grease the surface with an egg too, then distribute them on a baking sheet at some distance (grease the baking sheet with butter) and send them to a heated oven for 15 minutes. puff pastry (I have yeast) - 1 pack (450 g);

raspberries - 1.5 cups;

Cooking steps

Defrost the dough at room temperature. Then on a table covered with flour, cut the dough into squares about 10x10 cm in size.

Make cuts on each square, as in the photo.

Place 4 raspberries on top of the dough. If you are cooking with frozen raspberries, then defrost them and drain the juice completely.

Wrap the dough strips in the middle (as in the photo) and press down on the core.

We will use frozen raspberries for the filling. It must be mixed with sugar, and in order for the juice to remain inside the puff or to flow out minimally, it is imperative to add starch.

Ingredients

  • 250 g puff pastry
  • 200 g frozen raspberries
  • 2 tbsp. l. Sahara
  • 2 tsp starch
  • 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil

Preparation

1. If the puff pastry has been frozen, remove it in advance and thaw at room temperature. You can also transfer it from the freezer to the refrigerator so it thaws but doesn't melt completely - especially if you plan to start making the puffs in a couple of hours.

2. If the raspberries were frozen, remove them from the freezer, thaw and mix with sugar. Thus, it turns out that to prepare puffs with berry filling possible at any time of the year.

3. Roll out a piece of puff pastry to form a thin layer. Cut into triangles.

4. Place a small amount of raspberry filling on the half of each triangle - 1.5–2 teaspoons each, being careful not to add too much juice. Some of it will likely run out onto the baking sheet during baking and start to burn.

5. Sprinkle 1/3 teaspoon each on top of the raspberries. starch - potato or corn.

The puff pastry should be allowed to thaw, but only slightly - so that it becomes a little soft and you can "work" with it.

Sprinkle the work surface wheat flour... Spread out the dough and roll it out to the desired thickness. Cut in half.


You can make triangular puffs. To do this, you need to cut out square-shaped pieces of dough in advance. Excess dough can also be used to sculpt puffs. Fold the dough squares diagonally.


Unroll the dough pieces. Place fresh raspberries in half. Sprinkle with sugar - if the raspberries are sour, then there may be more sugar.


Now sprinkle the raspberries with starch - this will allow the raspberry juice to remain inside the puff, at least most of it.


Cover the filling with the other half of the dough and carefully join the edges. Several cuts can be made on top.


Send the blanks to an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake them for 20 minutes. Serve warm or chilled. Before serving, you can sprinkle with icing sugar or pour over sweet sauce.
