- young zucchini - 140 g,
- orange - 1 pc.,
- sugar - 630 g,
- citric acid - a pinch,
- water - 55-60 ml,

First of all, we will directly deal with the cleansing of the pumpkin - we take a sharp knife, remove the top layer from the orange vegetable. Next, divide the pumpkin into two halves, scraping the pulp and seeds from each with a sharp spoon. Only now we send the pumpkin under a stream of cool water, rinse it thoroughly and dry it.




Next, we need a blender bowl with a metal "knife" attachment, into which we throw randomly chopped pumpkin, the method of cutting is not important, since in the end we will grind it anyway.




We also rinse and dry young zucchini, cut it arbitrarily, send it to the blender bowl. Put half of the sliced ​​orange, previously peeled and white, soft layer there. Squeeze the juice from the second half directly into the blender bowl.
