    Defrost the mushrooms and rinse. Honey mushrooms do not need to be cut, and if we use large mushrooms, then they need to be cut into slices. Chop the onion into thin half rings. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces (like for goulash).

    Pour oil into the pan, fry the onion in it for a couple of minutes, then add the mushrooms and continue to fry until all the liquid from the mushrooms has completely evaporated.     • 100 ml sour cream;
    • 100 g hard cheese;
    • salt to taste.

    Finely chop the onion and champignons. Put the onion in a frying pan with butter, and after five minutes - the mushrooms. Fry until mushrooms are ready, stirring occasionally. Salt a little and season with spices to your liking.

    The mushrooms should be washed and cut into slices. We wash the fillet, dry it and cut into long cubes. Chop the onion into thin half rings. Peel the bell peppers and cut them into strips.

    Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan with high sides. Put the chicken fillet in the heated oil and fry for 4 minutes. Salt and pepper the meat. Then add mushrooms, onions and bell pepper, mix and fry for another 5-6 minutes.
