  5. In the meantime, let's move on to making the dough. Sift flour into a bowl prepared in advance, add sugar, salt, dry yeast to it. It is better to use instant yeast.

  12. We continue kneading the dough on the table: the dough is soft, a little sticky - we will knead according to French technology. This is when we pick up the dough, stretch it as much as possible, fold it, turn it over: and so we repeat it over and over again, for about 5-7 minutes.   13. Put the finished dough in a bowl, previously greased with vegetable oil. Cover with cling film and leave to double in volume. This will take approximately 2 hours.
  14. When the dough has come enough, grease the table with vegetable oil and lay it out neatly on the table. Separating the right amount: depending on the size of the pie.
  15. Stretch each piece of dough into a thin cake, put the filling on top throughout the dough, except for the edges. The edges must be left to pinch the pie.
