  5. Beat the egg and the remaining sugar, add the zest and orange juice, mix.
  6. We take out the bowl from the refrigerator, lay out the orange pulp over the dough, try to keep the beautiful circles on top.
  7. Fill the pie with a beaten egg with sugar and juice. Put a few slices of butter on top.
  8. We put the bowl in a slow cooker, turn on the “Baking” mode for 30-40 minutes.

  3. Next, put the oranges in the bubbling liquid. Simmer citrus fruits under a tightly closed lid for about 8-10 minutes over medium heat.
  4. At this time, we will start preparing the test. Whisk raw eggs with sugar until it thickens and increases the volume by 2-3 times.
  5. Oil, melted and cooled to room temperature, pour into sugar egg mixture... Add orange zest to the container with the future dough, mix.
  6. After sifting the flour, combine it with a baking powder and add it to the liquid mass. Knead the dough until smooth.
  7. Remove the oranges from the sweet syrup, cool, and then place them on the parchment-covered bottom of a heat-resistant container (in our example, we use a round baking dish with a diameter of 22 cm).
