I stir the marinade with a spoon, immerse the chicken pieces and stir. It is better to do this with your hands, so that each piece of meat is in the marinade.

Now I send it to marinate in the refrigerator for a day. If there is no time to marinate the meat, then leave it at room temperature for 1-2 hours, and then you can bake the chicken pieces in the oven.

I put the pieces in a plastic tray and close the airtight lid, put them in the refrigerator to marinate. You can tighten the bowl with plastic wrap and send it to the refrigerator.

We put in the refrigerator only in an airtight container. This must be done, otherwise the refrigerator will be saturated with garlic.

The next day, I put the chicken pieces on a baking sheet (I covered it with parchment). Can be baked in a glass dish.

I sent the meat to the oven, I baked it for 40 minutes, at a temperature of 200 degrees. You focus on your oven.
