I think everyone knows about this recipe, since it has recently been very popular on the Internet. I, too, have seen a photo recipe for such a potato more than once, but I did not cook it, because we practically do not eat sausage. But recently our mother-in-law came to visit us and offered to cook to "pamper her son." By the way, I spoil her son with different yummy twice a day, but - mom is a mom, so I just smiled to myself and agreed.

Unexpectedly for me, I liked the recipe more than I expected, so we have already managed to repeat it several times. The first time we tried with "Salami", then with "Krakowska" - both times were excellent. Of course, the main merit in this is the baked potato, which is delicious without any sausage.

It has not yet been possible to bake potatoes in ash, but I think we will experiment in the summer - the dish should definitely be suitable for picnics.

In addition to the presented recipe with sausage, baked accordion potatoes in foil are prepared with bacon, bacon or cheese.

Take the ingredients according to the number of servings: for each large tuber, you will need about 10 pieces of smoked or boiled smoked sausage and a pinch of salt.

The main thing is not to overexpose the baked potatoes in the oven, otherwise the lower part will have to be separated from the foil with great effort, the dish will lose its appearance, and the tidbits will still go to the trash along with the foil.


The result is "two in one" - both meat and a side dish, so it is enough to make in addition vegetable salad or chop fresh vegetables. It will also be very tasty with a sauce made from ketchup and mayonnaise.
