  • salt - half a teaspoon;
  • vanillin (or vanilla sugar) - 1.5-2 teaspoons.

Cooking method:

  • Cut the butter into small cubes, put in a saucepan or ladle and put on low heat. Chocolate is also added there. Stirring constantly, bring this chocolate-creamy mass to a homogeneous liquid state. Please note that you do not need to bring to a boil!
  • Beat eggs separately. In another bowl, combine all the remaining dry ingredients: flour, sugar, vanillin, salt, cocoa, nuts.

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the dessert for 25-30 minutes. You can check for readiness with a toothpick. The finished cake is slightly damp inside. After cooling, you can immediately serve it whole, sprinkling with cocoa powder and the remaining chopped nuts on top.

Tip: There are a lot of options for making brownies. You can choose one of the existing ones or diversify with any of your own innovation. Only one secret should remain unchanged. To make the dessert truly colorful, chocolatey and American, the dough should not contain any baking powder or baking soda.

Brownie with cherry

The recipe differs little from all the previous ones. Its main difference is that the incredibly tasty chocolate base is diluted with sour cherries.

For cooking you will need:

  • flour - 100 grams;
  • eggs - 3 pieces;
  • cherry - 300 grams;
  • chocolate (to taste, better bitter or dark) - 300 grams;
  • cocoa - 3 tablespoons;
  • butter - 150-180 grams;
  • sugar - 150 grams.

Cooking method:

  • In a deep bowl, combine butter and chocolate, having previously broken them into pieces. Carefully heat the mixture in a water bath, stirring and not allowing it to boil. If the chocolate overheats, it will curl up into lumps, making a dessert out of it will no longer work. As a result, you should get a homogeneous thick, viscous mass.
  • Add sugar and cocoa powder to the same bowl, mix thoroughly. If the sugar is not completely dissolved, that's okay. It will come later.
  • Break 1 egg into the chocolate mixture, stir until it completely dissolves, only then add the second, then the third.
  • After kneading the mass until smooth, carefully add pitted cherries to it, without squeezing the juice out of it. Frozen cherries are also good. First, you will need to defrost it and drain the unnecessary liquid.
  • Pour in flour, mix again. There should be no lumps.
  • Choose a suitable shape. It can be high and small in order to cut the brownie into pieces later. Dessert is baked for 20-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Tip: Despite the large number of different options for making brownies, almost all of them require a combination of chocolate and butter. It is dangerous to heat the mass in a water bath or directly on the fire because the chocolate can boil very quickly. Then it will no longer be suitable for a recipe. There is an exit. You can heat the butter-chocolate mixture in microwave oven... To do this, the ingredients are placed there for 5-10 seconds on the "Defrost" mode, then everything is thoroughly kneaded with a fork and mixed, and then again in the microwave for 5-10 seconds.
