Cooking method:

2. In a large bowl, add flour, yeast, sugar, salt and rosemary (it should be very finely chopped) and mix with a broom until smooth.

If it sticks to your hands, add another tablespoon of flour. Then place the dough in a greased bowl, cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about an hour. The dough should double in size.
4. When the dough rises, take four small containers, pour regular sesame seeds into one, black sesame seeds or poppy seeds into the other, finely chopped green onions into the third, and two or three tablespoons of oil into the fourth.
