The mold can be greased with butter, but the cake comes out so well, you don't need to grease it. Sprinkle the remaining shavings on top of the cake. It will be more beautiful that way.

6. Into the oven until a dry match. It takes me only 20 minutes. Do not remove the cake from the mold.

7. And now a funny and non-trivial move. We pierce the pie with a toothpick many, many times. We take a glass of cream (if there is coconut cream - perfect!) And pour it onto the pie as soon as we got it out of the oven. If there is no cream, milk will go too. It tastes better with cream.

8. Don't worry. A glass of cream will be wonderfully absorbed into the cake in 10 minutes! Leave the cake in the pan until it cools completely, and then remove.

  6. Cover the top with foil and bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 200 o.
  7. After the time has elapsed, remove the foil and send it back to the oven for 10 minutes.
  8. We take out, fill the pie with cream, yogurt or fermented baked milk and leave for another 10 minutes.
  9. At the end of the time, we take it out of the form, let it cool.
  10. The resulting coconut pie is served with a cup of cocoa, chicory.

Cooking in a multicooker

  • flour - 300 g;

  • liquid cream - 200 g.

Execution technology:

  1. Whisk 100 g of sugar and egg in a wide container.
  2. We combine the resulting mass with kefir and continue the process.
  3. Add flour, baking powder and beat until smooth.
  4. Pour the resulting dough into a greased mold, leveling the base.
  5. Mix sugar, coconut and vanilla sugar in a shallow bowl.
  6. Sprinkle the resulting mixture gently and evenly over the cake.
  7. In the oven preheated to 200 ° C, we send the form with the dough, keeping the time for half an hour.

  • sugar - 100 g;
  • two eggs;

    Next add the sifted wheat flour and baking powder, a pinch of salt - individually. Sometimes, instead of baking powder, they take soda. Some are quenched in the old fashioned way with vinegar / lemon juice, but in a fermented milk environment, the foam from soda / alkali forms on its own.

Take a hard knife, nail, or something sharp and poke through one of these three dimples. Tuck well, and then gently drain the water.

By the way, in coconuts there is no coconut milk! Coconuts contain "coconut water", or coconut juice. Milk is obtained from coconut artificially: they mix coconut water with puree from coconut pulp... Everything is thoroughly mixed, whipped, and then the same milk is “squeezed out” from this mass.

So, the water was drained from the coconut. Now you just need to wrap the coconut in some kind of bag and knock it well with a hammer. The outer crust will crack, and there you can already cut out the pulp with a knife.

It uses shavings from coconut ingredients. The cake itself is soaked in cream, or condensed milk. Or you can fruit yogurt! Hence another name is born: cream pie with coconut.

The amount of sugar is determined by your preference, which is why I set such large intervals.

Ingredients:

  • Kefir - 210 ml.
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Soda - 1 tsp;
  • Sugar - 100-150 g.
  • Flour - 240 g.
  • Sprinkling:
  • Coconut flakes - 90 g.
  • Vanilla sugar - 2 tsp;
  • Sugar - 50-100 g.

Impregnation:

  • Cream (or 1ogurt, fermented baked milk, etc.) - 130 ml.

Preparation

  1. First, knead the dough. To do this, mix kefir with soda and wait a couple of minutes, then drive in an egg, add sugar, flour and knead thoroughly. The result is a "liquid" dough.
  2. Lubricate the mold with any oil, pour the dough into it.

  • Wheat flour - 320 g.
  • Baking powder - 0.5 tsp;
  • Sugar - 130 g.
  • Cottage cheese - 390 g.
  • Sugar - 120 g.

  • Vanillin - 1 small pinch;

Cooking process

Cut the chilled hard butter into cubes, add flour, baking powder and sugar to it. Grind until crumbly. This is our dough.

Thoroughly knead the cottage cheese with a fork, beat the eggs into it and add sugar and vanilla. You can use a mixer or blender.

Cover the baking dish with parchment and lay a layer of half the dough.

How to bake this cake

Divide a piece of butter into smaller pieces, and then grind with sugar, flour, baking powder and sour cream. It turned out to be a dense dough.

Let's start with the coconut and apple filling. In fact, this is not even a filling, but a filling.

Beat the sour cream with sugar, eggs, syrup and flour. Mix in 20 g of coconut flakes.

Rinse the apples, remove the cores and cut into wedges or small cubes. If you wish, you can also first remove the peel from them if it is too thick and dense.

The most wonderful coconut cake with the addition of chocolate (cocoa). Yes, you can also use cocoa powder (regular or milk) if you wish. Chocolate dough and tender coconut filling with cottage cheese.

  • Chocolate (dark or milk) - 110 g.
  • Butter - 110 g.
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Granulated sugar - 130 g.

  • Vanillin - a third of a teaspoon;

Melt the chocolate with butter. Then mix them with 2 eggs, 100 g of sugar, flour and baking powder. Stir well until a pasty dough is obtained.

  1. Let's start with cottage cheese. Knead the cottage cheese with one egg, coconut flakes, the remaining sugar and vanilla. How more homogeneous mass the better!
  2. If curd turned out to be dry, then you can dilute with sour cream.

  8. Then you need to let the cake cool, gently pry it around the edges with a knife. The sides of the mold can be removed and the cake can be divided into portions.
  9. Decorate with melted chocolate and coconut.

Ingredients:

  • Flour - 200 g.
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • Salt - 1 micro pinch;
  • Soft butter - 9 tbsp spoons;
  • Water - 3-4 tbsp. spoons;
  • Milk - 150-200 ml.
  • Sugar - 100 g.
  • Starch - 40 g.
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Coconut flakes - 1 glass;
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons spoons;
  • Vanilla sugar - 2 tsp;

Topping (filling):

  • Cream (fat) - 1 glass;
  • Powdered sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • Coconut flakes - 30 g.

Preparation

Cooking the biscuit. We mix all the ingredients "for the dough". Yes, you can just dump everything in one cup and knead well. You will get a dense dough that becomes shorty. It needs to be put in the refrigerator for half an hour or an hour.

When the dough is frozen, take it out of the refrigerator and roll it thinly on the table.

Grease the mold with butter, put the dough in it, press it along the edges with a fork and cut off the excess protruding parts. You also need to pierce the entire area with a fork so as not to swell.

Cover with parchment and put in the oven (200 degrees) for 15 minutes.

Getting started stuffing

We mix sugar, salt, eggs, starch, vanilla sugar. Add oil and shavings there. Put in a saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring constantly, for 10-13 minutes until thickened.

Place the filling on the biscuit. Ideally, you need to refrigerate it for a few hours (covered with plastic), but if you are in a hurry, you can move on to the next step.

Beat the cream, icing sugar, vanilla sugar and coconut flakes with a mixer until a thick cream.

Place the whipped cream on the filling. In the photo, by the way, the cake is decorated with lightly toasted coconut flakes.
