INGREDIENTS:

120 ml milk

60 ml warm water

4 tablespoons water

COOKING:

1. Melt butter in milk, do not boil! Cool slightly until warm!

3. Combine flour, salt, sugar, egg, add milk with butter and yeast.
4. Knead the dough with a mixer - it will be soft.
5.Stir cocoa with water in a plate, whisk to form a soft but thick gruel.
6. Combine 1/3 of the dough with the chocolate mass in a mixer.
7.Then knead lightly on a greased table olive oil
(this is done to ensure that the chocolate is fully combined with the white dough).
Put in a bag, tie.
8. Brush the white dough with olive oil and put it in another bag.

I put both bags in the cupboard so that the dough rises (as you can see in the photo).
The dough will not rise very much, it will take 40-50 minutes.

9. Then put each ball on the table, be sure to sprinkle with flour.
10.Next, just form rectangles with your hands, as in the photo.

11.Then put a chocolate rectangle on the white rectangle,
slap lightly with your hands, cut in half and reapply one part
