  • Sunflower oil - 80 g
  • Flour - 240 g

  • Warm water - 200 ml
  • Prunes - ¾ glass
  • Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp. l.

Preparation:

  1. Stir honey in warm water, add vegetable oil to a bowl. Mix separately the ground spices, cinnamon, cocoa and soda. Combine with honey water.
  2. Knead the dough, adding flour in portions. It shouldn't be too cool, but not too runny.
  3. Add cooked dried fruits to it: finely chopped prunes, dried cranberries and raisins.
  4. Lightly grease the form with butter and sprinkle with flour (semolina) or lay it out baking paper... We fill it with dough and put it in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees for 50 minutes.
  5. Cool the finished gingerbread and carefully cut it into two approximately identical cakes. The lower one - we coat it with jam, the second one - we put it on top, slightly pressing down with our hands so that the layers stick together.
  6. Cook the icing from sugar and water until slightly thickened.

  • 1 tbsp. spoon of cocoa powder.

For filling:

  • 0.5 cups raisins
  • 0.5 cups of walnuts.

Cooking process:

We start by making the dough. Pour water into a saucepan or other container, add sugar, honey and heat over low heat, stirring constantly until all the ingredients are completely dissolved.


Then pour in the oil, mix thoroughly and leave the mass to cool. While the base for the dough cools down, rinse and fill the raisins with hot water and chop with a knife walnuts.


We turn on the oven and set the temperature regime. In our case, this is 180 degrees.
