The filling is the only thing we have to cook. To do this, lightly crush the raspberries with a fork, add sugar and corn starch, mix.

We take the dough out of the refrigerator in advance so that it defrosts, separate one sheet, roll it out a little and cut it into 4 parts.

Spread the raspberry filling with a spoon in the middle of each piece of dough, pulling it slightly to opposite sides. Cut the dough into strips 1.5–2 centimeters wide on both sides. Better to do this with a sharp knife or pizza knife.

We form puffs, alternately wrapping the strips of dough on one or the other side, as if we are braiding a pigtail. Hide the last strip of dough underneath.

We do this with the rest of the dough until the filling ends.

We spread the puffs on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, grease with a beaten egg or just milk. Sprinkle with coarse sugar. We bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

Puffs with raspberries from ready-made dough are ready. Delightful results in less than half an hour! We serve them with aromatic tea, coffee or a glass of milk. Bon Appetit!

Preparation

1. If the puff pastry has been frozen, remove it in advance and defrost it at room temperature... You can also transfer it from the freezer to the refrigerator so it thaws but doesn't melt completely - especially if you plan to start making the puffs in a couple of hours.

2. If the raspberries were frozen, remove them from the freezer, thaw and mix with sugar. Thus, it turns out that you can cook puffs with berry filling at any time of the year.
