Separate the whites into a clean and dry container, and put the yolks in the refrigerator for now. Beat the egg whites with sugar, which we introduce gradually. Without turning off the mixer, we bring the proteins to a dense thick foam. There should be no liquid fraction at the bottom, so please be patient. In order to get good foam, the mixer speed should be added gradually, about every 2-3 minutes. When turning the bowl over, the whipped mass should not flow out, but remain in it.
  2. Beat the yolks in a separate bowl and add to the whites. We connect everything with a mixer.
  3. Then pour in the sifted flour and sifted cocoa. Chill the chocolate in the freezer and rub half the chocolate bar into the dough. It can be melted in a water bath, cooled a little and then poured into the dough. In general, as it is more convenient.

    The dough for such a biscuit is made quickly, so we immediately turn on the oven and put the kettle on the stove. We heat the oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl, mix flour with cocoa and add baking soda and baking powder, you do not need to extinguish anything separately. Also, do not use only baking soda or only baking powder.

    Mix eggs and sugar, fill with milk. You can whisk it with a whisk or, in general, knead the whole dough with a mixer, it will work out quickly. Pour milk mass to dry ingredients, stir, add refined oil.

    We measure out a glass of boiling water, pour it into the finished dough, mix and send it all into the mold. We bake the biscuit in boiling water until tender. Cool and cut into slices, usually three cakes are made.

    The cream is simple but delicious. We start with the cream. Beat until foamy, gradually lay in the powder, and then cream cheese... You don't need to whip with it for a long time. We wash and dry the berries, cut the strawberries into two or three plates.

    Now we just collect the cake. We sandwich each layer with cream and chopped berries. After applying the next cake, we press it a little. Decorate with berries, chocolate.

    You can grease a biscuit on boiling water with other types of cream, use ice cream or butter with condensed milk, sour cream with sugar (powder) goes well with it.

    Option 4: Strawberry Chocolate Cake No Bake

    One of the most simple ways making chocolate cake with strawberries. At the base of the cookie, which can also be chocolate, as well as cottage cheese. For solidification, gelatin is needed. It is very important to dissolve it correctly so that everything works out.

    Ingredients

    • 500 g of cottage cheese;
    • 300 g of strawberries (strawberries);
    • 300 g sour cream;
    • 50 g cocoa;
    • 150 g sugar;
    • 150 g cookies;
    • 60 ml of water;
    • 20 g gelatin;
    • 70 g butter.

    Step by step recipe

    Grind the cookies, combine with melted butter. We mix and send to a split mold of a small diameter in the region of twenty centimeters. We level and set in the refrigerator to freeze.

    While we mix gelatin with water. We insist on it for as long as indicated in the instructions.

    Your best bet is to use a blender. We mix sour cream and cottage cheese, season with sugar and cocoa. Beat until creamy and smooth. If you do not want to add this amount of cocoa, then you can reduce it a little. Melted chocolate is sometimes added. As soon as the gelatin swells, dissolve it in a water bath and add to this mass, mix.

    We wash the strawberries, but you can also take strawberries. Cut into quarters, shift into chocolate curd... Stir. We take out the form with the base, pour the cream into it. We align. If some berries stick out, then we lower them inside.

    Set the chocolate cake to harden again. Then carefully remove the split ring and transfer the dessert to a flat plate. For decoration, you can use several fresh berries strawberries.

    The amount of ingredients is designed for a small 20 cm dish. If the dishes are much larger, then we simply increase the amount of products. It is better not to make a low cake.

    Option 5: Chocolate Strawberry Cake (Quick)

    Another simple and fairly easy to prepare option berry cake from chocolate cakes with strawberries. Sour cream is used for dough, we take any fat content. Consistency also doesn't matter much.

    Ingredients

    • 3 tbsp. l. cocoa;
    • a glass of sour cream;
    • 250 g strawberries;
    • can of condensed milk;
    • a glass of sugar;
    • pack of butter;
    • 1.5 tbsp. flour;
    • ripper bag.

    How to cook

    Beat eggs and sugar, add sour cream, stir, add cocoa with flour and one small bag of baking powder. Usually it contains 10 grams. Pour the kneaded dough into a mold.

    Chocolate dough can be baked in a slow cooker, pour it into a bowl, cook for 50 minutes. Or we send it to the oven and cook at 180 degrees for about half an hour. Cool, divide into three thin cakes.

    Beat the softened butter, gradually adding condensed milk. You can use boiled milk. Chop the berries. Grease the cake, sandwich with chopped strawberries.

    You can bake such a cake not only on sour cream, but also on regular kefir, or take yogurt, everything works out great with them too.

    INGREDIENTS

    • 300-400 strawberries
    • 200 g butter
    • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
    • 3 medium oranges
    • 200 g caster sugar
    • 3 eggs
    • 200 g flour
    • 1 tsp baking powder

    • 100 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)

    STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

    Preheat oven to 180 ° C. For cakes, place cut-to-size baking paper on the bottom of a baking dish (diameter approx. 20 cm). Grease the edges with a little butter.

    Add 4 tbsp. l. boiling water into cocoa powder and stir until homogeneous mass... Remove the zest from 2 oranges. Whisk the sugar and softened butter, add the cocoa mixture, eggs, flour, baking powder and orange zest, and stir gently.

    Divide the resulting dough between the tins and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. To check the readiness of the cakes, stick a skewer in the middle of one layer and remove after 5 seconds. If after this the skewer remains clean, the cakes are ready. Let the cakes cool for about 10 minutes, then remove from the molds, transfer to a wire rack and let cool completely.

    Place all chocolate topping ingredients in an ovenproof bowl. Place it in a saucepan of slightly boiling water ( water bath). Make sure the water is not boiling and the bottom of the bowl is not touching the water. Stir until the chocolate is melted.

    Wipe off the zest of 1 orange and squeeze out the juice. Whisk the cream into a fluffy lather and gently insert Orange juice and zest.

    Take out the pulp of the remaining oranges and divide into wedges. Rinse the strawberries, cut the stems and cut into small pieces. Save some of the strawberries to decorate the cake.

    Place one crust on a plate. Spread evenly orange cream and drown the orange slices and some of the strawberries in it. Cover with a second crust on top and press lightly.

    Of course, it is better to eat it fresh, without any desserts there. Well, you can bake such a chocolate-strawberry cake, which includes fresh strawberries.

    Since the cream in the cake is sour cream, then, in order not to add to it, for example, gelatin for stabilization, take the fattest sour cream. Diet advocates, you are not here if you suddenly decide to take sour cream with a low percentage of fat. When sugar or powdered sugar is added to such sour cream, it will become a liquid kefir (sugar will make it thinner).

    I indicated powdered sugar for the cream in the ingredients, but you can also take fine sugar.

    So, for making a chocolate cake with strawberries, we will prepare the products according to the list.

    Divide the eggs into whites and yolks.

    See how many yolks there are? So this is because two of the five declared eggs contained two yolks - this is such a surprise.

    Beat the whites with a pinch of fine salt and sugar into a persistent foam. If you turn the mixer bowl, the proteins will not budge.

    Then add one yolk at a time, beating after each.

    You will get a very fluffy mass, to which we add chocolate grated on a fine grater and flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder.

    Grated chocolate will give incredible juiciness to the finished biscuit !!!

    Gently mix everything, trying to precipitate the whipped mass as little as possible.

    Put the dough in a mold, the bottom of which is covered with parchment. Do not lubricate the walls of the mold!

    We bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 40 minutes.

    Be guided by your oven! Luchina from ready-made biscuit will come out dry.

    Mold diameter - 21 cm.

    Remove the finished biscuit from the oven. We put the form with it on glasses upside down or turn it over onto the grid.

    In this form, let it cool completely!

    The biscuit turns out to be very fluffy, airy, but very juicy !!! It does not need additional impregnation.

    The biscuit has cooled down, we are doing the cream.

    Everything is simple here: we combine sour cream, vanilla essence and powdered sugar. Whisk thoroughly.

    As you can see, fatty sour cream (read the recipe description!) Retains its shape, does not spread.

    The cream is ready!

    Cut the biscuit into 3 parts.

    We spread the strawberries cut into circles on it.

    For strawberries - cream.

    Add some finely grated chocolate to the cream.

    Put the second part of the biscuit on top of the cream and do the same: strawberries, cream, chocolate.

    Lubricate the third part of the biscuit only with cream.

    Chocolate cake with strawberries is ready.

    We decorate at our own request.

    I just sprinkled grated chocolate on all sides.

    Let's let it brew in the cold for three or four hours, or better - overnight.
