To make homemade cookies with sour cream you will need:

cream margarine - 250 g;

eggs - 2 pcs.;

flour - 4 cups;

sour cream - 200 g;

sugar - for dough - 1 cup, for sprinkling - 1/3 cup;

vanillin - 0.5 sachets;

salt - a pinch;

soda - 0.5 tsp;

vinegar 9% - a few drops.

The capacity of the glass is 200 ml.

Melt margarine in a deep bowl, cool and add sugar. Mix well.

Beat eggs with a mixer with a pinch of salt until fluffy.

Pour the beaten eggs into a bowl of margarine and sugar, add sour cream and vanillin. Mix everything thoroughly.

Add soda slaked with vinegar to this mixture, mix again. Pour in the sifted flour in parts, kneading the dough. The dough will be very tender and soft.
