Cooking process:

3. Quench baking soda with vinegar and pour into a mixture of butter and eggs. Mix well. Measure the flour and sift with a sieve, then set aside about a third of a glass of flour to the side. Add the remaining flour to a bowl with the other ingredients and knead to a uniform dough.


4. Divide the cookie dough in two at a ratio of approximately 3: 4. Add wheat flour to the smaller part, knead the dough again and put it in the refrigerator or freezer (in a bag) to freeze it.

5. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Roll out your dough on it into a uniform thin layer so that it is no more than one and a half centimeters in height. Start stuffing.
