Fried on both sides until the zucchini is already quite soft, but at the same time keeps its shape, does not fall apart.

She peeled off the tomatoes and cut them into rather thick circles.

I cut the bread. I took rye, with spices. But gray or white will do.

I put the bread base of the butters on a baking sheet, without greasing it with anything.

I took the cheese with a triangular base, so I took the opportunity and cut some into triangles, and rubbed some coarsely.
