  • 150 grams of butter;
  • 3 cloves of garlic.

First, cook the vegetable stock in 1 liter of water using one carrot, one onion and celery. Chop the remaining onion. Cut or break the cheese too. Fry the garlic and spices, use half of the olive oil and a third of the butter for this. Remove the garlic after frying, and in the resulting aromatic oil until half cooked, fry the Mexican mixture, adding chopped celery and carrots (boiled, from broth) there. We have a roast of vegetables and broth ready.

It's risotto's turn. In a hot saucepan, heat the remaining oil - olive (all that is left) and butter (half of the remaining oil). Pour the onion, cut into rings, into a saucepan over medium heat. The task is to saturate the onion with oil, make it soft and golden. Do not fry.
