  • minced chicken - 1 kg;

  • half a glass of milk (for soaking bread and adding to minced meat);
  • cheese - 200 gr;
  • cream - 400 ml;
  • garlic clove;
  • a bunch of cilantro.

Season the minced meat to taste, salt.

Soak the pulp in milk, squeeze.

Add crumb and milk to the minced meat, mix everything by hand.

Three cheese on a fine grater. Add a quarter of the cheese to the minced meat, the rest is needed for the sauce.

We chop the onion very finely, or chop it with a combine. We attach to the minced meat, knead thoroughly.

Put the round meatballs in a deep, oiled mold. We put in an oven at 200 degrees for a quarter of an hour.

In the meantime, prepare the sauce: mix the cream, pressed garlic, pepper, salt, mix everything. Chop the herbs very finely and add to the sauce. Do not forget about the cheese shavings that were prepared in advance.

We extract almost finished meatballs from oven, fill with marinade, evenly distributing cheese and herbs over meat products. We reduce the temperature to 180 degrees, put the meatballs for another half hour.

On a note. Bread crumb can be replaced with oat bran at a ratio of 1 chunk of crumb = 2 tbsp. l. bran.

Bake with sour cream sauce and rice in the oven

  • rice - ½ stack.;
  • minced meat - 400 gr;
  • onions - 1 for minced meat and 1 for sauce;
  • garlic cloves;
  • carrot;
  • egg;
  • sour cream - 250 gr;
  • tomato. pasta - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • salt - 1 tsp;
  • pepper - ½ tsp;
  • ground coriander - ½ tsp;
  • flour - 2 tsp.

Grind the onion and garlic with a blender.

Boil the rice until half cooked.

We collect minced meat, combining with an egg, onion and garlic mass, spices, do not forget to add salt. We spread the rice. Mix well.

Prepare the sauce: cut the onion into small cubes, carrots - three coarsely. Fry vegetables for a few minutes.

Meanwhile, in half a glass of water we dilute a few pinches of salt, flour. Stir well.

Put the pasta and diluted flour into the frying, mix. Add spices if desired, or add some more water for more gravy. We leave on low heat - to boil.

While the sauce is being prepared, form the meatballs, put them in a mold. Fill with the gravy, cover with foil and bake in a hot oven for a third of an hour, then remove the foil and cook for another 10-15 minutes.

On a note. The process of forming the meatballs is greatly facilitated by a special spoon for ice cream - a stingy one.

In a multicooker

The minced meatball recipe is also suitable for cooking in a multicooker:

  • pork and beef fillet - 250 g each;
  • tomato sauce - 150 gr;
  • bulb;
  • water - a glass;
  • salt - 1 tsp;
  • spices "For minced meat" - 1-2 tsp.

Rinse the meat cuts, mince them together with the onions, season and salt. Mix well - the minced meat for the meatballs is ready.

  • chicken fillet - 500 gr;

  • meat broth / water - 1 ½ stack.;

Prepare all food by spreading it out on the work surface. Using a meat grinder, chop the onion and fillets, combine them with crumbs, salt, spices and an egg. Mix thoroughly with a spoon until the components are evenly distributed.

Form the products, fry until golden brown on all sides.

Pour broth into a frying pan with meatballs, simmer for a quarter of an hour. A glass of broth should remain for the sauce. Dissolve sour cream in it. Pour sauce over the dish, wait for boiling, turn off the heat and leave under the lid for a few minutes.

French in a frying pan

Meatballs:

  • minced meat (any) - 500 gr;
  • egg;

Sauce:

  • lard - 100 gr;
  • ham - 50 gr;
  • tomatoes - 200 gr;
  • onion - 1 small;
  • olives / olives - 175 gr;

  • broth - 350 ml;
  • cayenne pepper - on the tip of a knife.

Preparation of minced meat: press the garlic cloves, chop the herbs, mix all the products for the dish in one bowl. Be sure to hit the bowl.

Cooking meatballs: form balls from minced meat, fry in a pan.

Prepare the sauce: chop the onion, chop the bacon and ham into small cubes, fry everything together for several minutes. Meanwhile, grind the tomatoes, heat the broth. We combine them with the onion and meat preparation, season, add the remaining products and, stirring, cook for a few more minutes. Then put the meatballs in the sauce, simmer for up to a quarter of an hour. Olives / olives add saltiness to the dish, so the sauce does not need to be salted.

Meatballs:

  • minced fish - 500 gr;
  • a glass of cooked rice;
  • egg;
  • oil sl. - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • chopped fresh dill - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • a set of spices "For fish" - 1 tsp;
  • flour as breading;
  • salt pepper;
  • mold oil.

Sauce:

  • tomatoes - 400 gr;
  • tomato paste. - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • water - a glass;
  • sugar - 2 tsp;
  • coriander, ground pepper and salt - ½ tsp each.

Mix the minced meat with rice, finely chopped onions, butter (or homemade mayonnaise), chopped dill, drive in an egg, salt and pepper. Mix everything well with a spoon.

Roll the meatballs out of the minced meat, roll in flour and put in a greased form. We bake in the oven at 220 degrees for a quarter of an hour.

In the meantime, prepare the sauce: dilute the flour with a lot of water, and the pasta with the rest of the water. After we combine all the ingredients, the tomatoes should be very finely chopped, or chopped with a blender. We work well with a whisk.

Cover the products with sauce and put them in the oven for another 25 minutes.
