Preparation:

  • Best for cooking chicken breasts... First of all, cut the fillets into slices, add salt and pepper.

  • Cut the onions and bell peppers into half rings or rings. To make the dish brighter, it is better to take a multi-colored vegetable.

  • Cut the tomatoes into cubes (they will add juiciness to the treat), finely chop the greens.

  • Crush the garlic cloves with a press or grate to leave juice.

  • Prepare glass form for baking and a frying pan.

Ingredients:

  • minced chicken or pork - 500 gr;
  • pasta for stuffing - 1 package;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • potatoes - 1 pc.;
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l;
  • water - 0.5 tbsp.;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • seasonings of your choice - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • spices, salt and pepper - as needed.

Preparation:

  • Wash all food thoroughly.
  • Grate onions with carrots on a coarse grater, fry on sunflower oil in a skillet.

  • Chop the potatoes, put all this together with the minced meat in a bowl, add salt and pepper, mix.

  • Prepare the sauce: add half a glass of water tomato paste and spices.

  • Start pasta "nests" with minced meat: you can form the shape of "nests" that you prefer - stretch them to long oval ones or, conversely, make them small and round.

  • Put the blanks in a frying pan for frying onions and carrots, pour over the sauce.

  • Check that the fill completely covers the "slots". If it is not enough, take fewer blanks. Cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes.

The "nests" are hastily ready. Garnish with herbs or sprinkle with finely grated cheese.

Julienne with mushrooms in buns

Ingredients:

  • mushrooms - 300 gr;
  • chicken fillet - 200-300 gr;
  • heavy cream or sour cream - 200 ml;
  • cheese hard varieties- 80 gr;
  • crispy buns - by number of servings;
  • onions - 1-2 pcs.;
  • vegetable oil and butter - a couple of spoons each;
  • greens to decorate the dish;
  • salt, pepper, your favorite spices.

Preparation:

  • Finely chop the chicken, mushrooms (champignons are best) and onions.
  • Chop the herbs and finely grate the cheese.

  • Add vegetable and butter to a frying pan, put chicken, fry.
  • After the chicken, fry the onion and mushrooms in the same skillet. Continue simmering until all the water has evaporated.

  • white chicken meat - 700 gr;
  • cottage cheese - 400 gr;

  • mozzarella - 200 gr;
  • hard cheese - 100 gr;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • tomato paste - 150 gr;
  • greens (dill, parsley);
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • ground pepper, salt to taste.

Preparation:

  • First, cut the chicken fillet (it will turn out more tender than with beef or pork), onions and mushrooms into small pieces.

  • Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it up, start frying the onion, bring it to golden crust.
  • Gradually add mushrooms and meat to onions, fry until the chicken turns white.

  • After that, add tomato paste, spices, herbs to the mixture, continue to simmer over low heat.
  • While the filling is stewing, start preparing the sauce: mix with grated hard cheese and herbs. Take 2/3 of the whole serving of cheese, we still need the rest.

  • Add one beaten chicken egg to the mixture.
  • Form the dish in layers: first - pasta specially for lasagna, second - meat mass from a frying pan, third - curd sauce, topped with chopped mozzarella cheese on top. Lay the layers in the same order two more times.

  • Sprinkle with leftover cheese on top. Cover the baking dish with foil and place in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
