I usually use this sauce for pizza with sausage, vegetables and boiled meat... In essence, it is a Bechamel sauce with cream, but with a light garlic note and a silky texture, due to the fact that the sauce is prepared not with milk, but with cream.

We will prepare all the products according to the list and prepare a creamy pizza sauce, and at the same time the pizza itself.

Heat the butter in a frying pan or saucepan.

Fry a clove of garlic on it, cut into plates, for 2-3 minutes. Then remove the garlic from the pan, we only need to flavor the oil.

Add flour to the pan.

Mix the flour and butter well.

Pour cream into the butter-flour mixture.
