According to this recipe, you can cook cookies not only with raspberry, but also any other jam of your choice. Adjust the amount of sugar depending on the sweetness of the jam, you can cook without sugar. And most importantly - do not overdo the cookies in the oven, they should turn out crispy on top and soft, moist on the inside.

Ingredients

To make chocolate raspberry cookies you will need:

100 g oatmeal ground into flour;
100 g wheat flour;
½ cup raspberry jam;
5 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
1-2 tbsp. l. sugar (I have Demerara sugar);
2 tbsp. l. cocoa powder;
1 tsp baking powder;
pinch vanillin and salt;
1 tbsp. l. icing sugar.

Cooking steps

Mix raspberry jam with vegetable oil.

Add sugar.

Blend dry ingredients: flour crushed oatmeal, wheat flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa, vanillin.

Gradually (in 2-3 stages) pour the dry mixture into raspberry jam with vegetable oil.

Mix the dough gently (effortlessly).

Divide the resulting dough into 16 pieces.

Roll up balls.

Dip the balls in powdered sugar.
