    2 large squid carcasses

Mussel and squid salad is prepared as follows

  • Step 1

    Boil squid carcasses in salted water (per liter - a spoonful of salt). After the water boils - cook for only 3 minutes. Then you need to wash them cold water and remove the films. Cut into thin strips.

Boil three king prawns, they will be needed for further processing sea ​​salad... Salt the boiling water, add a slice of lemon and dill. Lower the shrimp, after boiling, cook for another 10 minutes. Clean them from the shell, leaving only the tail. Do not forget to cut the shrimp along the back and remove the intestinal string - this is important.

Prepare the marinade: peel onion(if the onion is large, then one is enough) and cut into thin half rings, scald with boiling water in order to remove unpleasant bitterness. In a glass of water, dissolve 4 tablespoons of vinegar, a teaspoon of sugar and salt, pour the onion with marinade and leave for 20-30 minutes, then strain it.

Bell peppers (to contrast the salad, it is better to take red), wash and chop into strips.

The assembly of the dish is very simple: mix mussels, squids, bell peppers and pickled onions in a deep plate, salt to taste, mix everything carefully and season with olive oil (replace with vegetable oil if necessary). 6. Fry the mussels for a short time on low heat, until a golden hue appears - 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. If the seafood is too greasy, you can put it on a napkin.

7. Boil the squid in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then cool and cut. It is best to cut into strips, but you can cut as you like.
