Today I want to move away from traditional recipe sweet cottage cheese cakes and I suggest baking lush, salty cottage cheese cakes in the oven.
I baked salted cheesecakes for the first time, usually I bake sweet ones.

You know, the whole family liked the result. The taste of salty cheesecakes is very similar to the taste of pizza. It was unexpected and pleasant, because we love pizza.

The addition of dill and red bell pepper to the salted cheesecakes made them bright, and the garlic tasted very spicy.

Also, I did not fry the cheese cakes in oil, but baked it in the oven. Salted cheesecakes turned out to be quite dietary, which cannot but rejoice on the eve of spring.

  • 500 gr. curd
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp. l. green dill
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • some semolina for breading

Cut the bell pepper into small cubes. I took red pepper, but you can take whatever you like: green, yellow, orange.

Divide one egg into yolk and white.

We will need the yolk later to grease the cheesecakes before baking.

Squeeze the garlic through a press.

It is better to take cottage cheese for syrniki fatty village or farm, not dry, but not very wet, coarse-grained. You should not wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve. It is enough to knead it with a fork.

Cooking zucchini dishes is always cheap. Even if you have very little cottage cheese, adding zucchini to it, you can cook quite a lot curd pancakes... And yet - there are people who are neutral about zucchini, they will not like zucchini cheesecakes. But there are real fans of these vegetables, and they will be delighted with another recipe in which there is another way to use this dietary product.

Recipe ingredients - a pound of cottage cheese, two medium-sized zucchini, two eggs, a glass of flour, a little salt.

Remove the skins of the zucchini and, if necessary, remove the seeds, grate with a coarse cell. Mix the grated zucchini with cottage cheese, flour, eggs, salt and stir. Make tortillas, sprinkle with flour (or dip) and fry. You can serve with garlic sauce- crush the garlic, add dill, mix with sour cream.

With greens

Recipe ingredients - 300 grams of cottage cheese, 50 grams of salted cheese, one egg, a bunch of dill, one egg, 2 tablespoons of flour, vegetable oil... Sauce - 100 grams of sour cream, a bunch of green onions.

Grate the cheese on a grater with large holes, mix it into the curd. Add an egg, two tablespoons of flour and dill, which must be finely chopped. Stir, sculpt cheese cakes and fry.

We make the sauce using a blender - mix sour cream with green onions, add salt.

IN good mood getting started. First, let's prepare the ingredients. It is better to take cottage cheese with medium acid, and so that it does not beat too dry, or liquid. If the cottage cheese is dry, then 1 tbsp will help to save the situation. a spoonful of sour cream or yogurt, and if it is liquid, it is necessary to remove excess moisture by putting it under oppression, or hang it in gauze.


Place cottage cheese, eggs, salt, sugar, finely chopped dill and semolina in a bowl of a suitable size. Ready dough, for this, using a potato machine, we combine all the ingredients to homogeneous mass, cover with cling film and leave to rest for at least half an hour, so that semolina swollen and all the ingredients made friends with each other. Can be left in the refrigerator until the second day if you want to fry them for breakfast.


Our dough has become noticeably denser. The next step is to make the most cheesecakes. To do this, pick up the already prepared dough with a spoon and form balls with our hands. We try to make them the same size, because we want the cheesecakes to be even and beautiful.


In order for our cheese cakes to get a crispy crust when frying, we roll them in corn flour... Next, we turn our ball into a kind of washer, slightly pressing on it. Personally, I never make all the cheese pancakes at once, but gradually, as much as will fit in the pan. If it is more convenient for you to make them all at once, then I would advise you to form a washer before sending it to the pan.


We put our frying pan to warm up, after which we pour a little refined sunflower oil into it, it is not necessary for the cheese cakes to be heated in oil. You need to fry our cheesecakes over moderate heat until golden crust at both sides.


Remove the prepared syrniki from the heat and blot with a paper towel or napkin to remove excess oil.

Now there is no secret for you how to make salty cheesecakes with dill. They are delicious both hot and cold. They can be served with sour cream, but for me, they are hot and without sour cream are an excellent addition to coffee. And you can use several types at once. In addition, I suggest breeding cheesecakes with herbs in corn flour - it is somewhat healthier than wheat flour - it does not contain gluten.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 250 g;
  • any greens - a small bunch;
  • salt, sugar - to taste;
  • flour - 3 tablespoons;
  • fermented baked milk (kefir or sour cream) - 3-4 tablespoons;
  • oil - for frying;
  • flour - for breading
