Cooking method:

Ingredients:
Peaches - 1 kg
Sugar - 800 g
Water - 200 ml
Almonds - 100 g
Citric acid - 1 tsp

Cooking method:

Break the peaches into halves, remove the seeds. Blanch the peach halves, peel them off. Ripe hard peaches blanch for 2 minutes, ripe soft peaches for 1 minute, overripe for 45 seconds. Boil sugar syrup.

Pour the peaches with the syrup and let it brew, then carefully drain the syrup, boil again and pour over the peaches. Repeat this three times. Add almonds to the jam (pour boiling water for a couple of minutes and peel) and citric acid. Boil the jam for 1 minute, twist it into sterilized jars, not reaching 1 cm to the top of the jar.

Dessert "Plum in chocolate"

Ingredients:
Plums - 1 kg
Sugar - 600 g
Water - 300 ml
Cocoa - 50 g
Dark chocolate - 100 g
Vegetable and creamy mixture - 50 g
Orange peel 1 orange

Cooking method:

Divide the plums. Prepare the sugar syrup and pour over the plums. Insist plums in syrup for 15 minutes, then boil for 5-7 minutes until soft.

Add the herbal mixture, cocoa powder, chopped chocolate, orange peel. Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Roll the dessert into sterilized jars, no more than 1 cm to the top of the jar.

Apricot lemonade

Ingredients:
Apricots - 6 pcs.
Lemon - 1 pc.
Ice - 6 pcs.
Water - 500 ml
Honey - 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method:

Apricot halves, water, honey and lemon juice put in a blender, mix everything. Put ice in glasses, fill with lemonade. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Strawberry 1 kg.
Water 500 ml.

Apple vinegar 30 ml.
Lemon juice 5 ml.

Rinse strawberries gently in vinegar solution and remove the stalks. Dry the berries.

  • 1kg of sugar;
  • 1 kg of zucchini;
  • 300 g dried apricots;
  • 1 lemon.

Well, the cooking process itself will not take much time and effort:

  1. First, dried apricots are soaked in warm water at least an hour.
  2. While the dried apricots are soaking, peel the zucchini, cut them into small pieces and leave for an hour so that they let the juice out.
  3. Drain the excess liquid from the zucchini, cover it with sugar and cook over low heat for half an hour.
  4. Dried apricots and lemon are chopped, then added to the zucchini.
  5. Zucchini jam continues to simmer over low heat for no more than a quarter of an hour.
  6. Interrupt the jam with a blender until a uniform consistency is obtained.
  7. Grind the mass through a sieve.
  8. The ready-made hot jam is laid out on a sterilized container and rolled up.
  9. Hot jars are turned over with the lid down, wrapped and left for several hours.

Zucchini and cherry plum jam from Alla Kovalchuk

To cook another unusual squash jam from Alla Kovalchuk, you will need:

  • 500 g zucchini.
  • 500 ml of purified water.
  • 500 g cherry plum.
  • 1.3 - 1.5 kg of sugar.

The sequence of preparation of this recipe is no more complicated than the previous one:

  1. The zucchini are peeled and cut into small cubes, the cherry plum is cut into 2-4 parts, depending on its size.
  2. Put the zucchini in sterilized ¾ jars, and lay a layer of cherry plum on top.
  3. Sugar syrup is prepared from water, sugar and lemon, poured into a container with zucchini and cherry plum.
  4. Leave the jars for a few minutes to infuse.
  5. The syrup is poured into one container, boiled and the zucchini with cherry plum is poured again.
  6. Banks are rolled up, turned over and wrapped for several hours.
