homemade minced meat - 500 g;

egg - 1 pc.;

carrots - 1 pc.;

rice, cooked until half cooked - 50 g;

onion- 1 PC.;

processed cheese - 200 g;

cream 10% - 1.5 cups;

salt and spices to taste.

Cooking steps

Rice, boiled in salted water until half cooked, add egg, salt and spices to the minced meat.

Peel carrots and onions. Grate the carrots on a fine grater, and chop the onions very finely, add them to the minced meat with rice and egg. Mix well until smooth.

To prepare cheese-cream sauce, combine grated melted cheese and cream, mix well.

Form meatballs from the minced meat mixed with rice and place them in a baking dish.

Pour evenly with cheese-cream sauce, cover with foil and send for 1 hour or more in a preheated oven at a temperature of 170 degrees.

About 10 minutes until ready to remove the foil and lightly brown the meatballs.

Composition:

For meatballs:

  • Chicken breast - 400-500 g
  • Walnuts - ½ cup
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Pepper to taste
  • Dry herbs to taste

For the sauce:

  • Water - 2 glasses
  • Bulb onions - 3-4 pcs.
  • Sour cream - 200 g
  • Processed cheese - 1 pc. (90 g)
  • Flour - 1 tbsp. spoon
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Ground pepper - to taste
  • Dry herbs to taste

Preparation:

Wash the chicken breast and remove excess fat. Cut the chicken into large pieces for a meat grinder.

Grind the sliced ​​chicken breast and walnuts through a meat grinder. Add egg, salt, pepper and dried herbs.

Stir the minced meat first with a spoon and then with your hands for more stickiness.

Scoop up the minced meat with a small spoon and make small round meatballs. Dip each meatball in flour. Meatballs from this minced meat are molded very easily.

Meatballs can be prepared in two ways. Either fry in a pan or bake in the oven. I decided to bake it in the oven, because in this case it will not be necessary to fry the meatballs in oil. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place the meatballs.

Send the chicken meatballs to an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes. While the meatballs are cooking, prepare the sauce. To do this, peel the onion and cut it into large half rings.

In the saucepan in which you will prepare the sauce, heat a small amount of vegetable oil and add the onion. Add sugar immediately and stir. Caramelize the onion and sugar over low heat with the lid closed. Stir the onions occasionally. The onions should turn red, but not brown.

Put minced meat (preferably two types), boiled rice, chopped onions and chopped garlic in a bowl. We mix. Beat with a hand blender. This will give the minced meat a more uniform texture.

Salt and pepper the minced meat to taste.

We form meatballs from minced meat and send them to a saucepan with boiling water. Cook until tender.

Making cheese sauce. Put in the pan butter and flour.

Mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps.

Add 10-15% cream.

Salt and pepper the sauce to taste. Mix well with a spatula. Add a little broth, in which the meatballs were cooked.

Put the meatballs in the sauce. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Meatballs in the most delicate cheese sauce are ready.

Preparation:

Pickle in the evening chicken fillet in a tablespoon of mayonnaise and leave in the refrigerator overnight. It becomes softer and juicier. But if time does not permit, this step can be skipped.

Before cooking, rinse the fillets with water and dry them with a paper towel. Cut the thick fillet lengthwise into two flat pieces. Then we lightly beat off the pieces one by one, placing them in a plastic bag.

We cut the fillets very finely. You can turn it in a meat grinder, but chicken meatballs are tastier from chopped meat.

Chop the onion finely, as finely as we can.

Beat the egg and add salt, pepper, curry and nutmeg to it.

Mix the egg with spices and add to the chopped fillet. We also add prop to the minced meatgarlic harvested through a press andtwo tablespoons full of starch.

We mix. Minced meat for chicken meatballs is ready. Before sculpting meatballs, next to the plate with minced meat we put a plate of water, we will dip our palms into it so that the minced meat does not stick to our hands.

Grease a small baking dish vegetable oil... With wet hands, we form balls of meatballs with a diameter of slightly less than 5 cm and put them in a mold. I got 14 meatballs.
