Ingredients
Yeast - 1-1.5 tsp
Milk - 1 tbsp.
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 tsp
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Seaweed - 180 g
Flour - 300 g
Cooking method
Knead the dough. Stir salt and sugar in warm milk and water, add butter. Add some flour to make a thin dough. Add cabbage and stir.
Sprinkle a little flour on top and dry yeast on it, knead well. Add flour and knead until tender bread dough... Set to come up in a warm place, covered with a towel.
Put the finished dough on the table, sprinkled with flour, and gently form a ball. Put it in a greased dish and let it sit still.
Bake for 20 minutes at 250 degrees, then 30 minutes at 200 and 20 minutes at 100 degrees.
Check readiness with a toothpick.

Honey (30 ml);
Water and milk (150 ml each);
Oil (30 ml);
Wheat flour (400 g);
Rye flour (300 g);
Seaweed (120 g).
Recipe for making seaweed bread
We breed preferably transparent honey with warm water and slightly warmed up fresh milk... Then add yeast to the resulting mixture and mix them thoroughly so that not a single lump remains. Then we enter a little vegetable oil and the entire planned volume of two types of flour.
Next, we mix our dough well for at least 15 minutes. It is important to remember that the longer this process continues, the more airy and tastier the bread will turn out. So, we send the dough to a place warm enough for its "ripening" for a short hour.
After the time has passed, we knead it a little, add the chopped seaweed in stages and knead so that the latter are evenly distributed throughout the dough. Now we put the future bread in a greased form suitable in depth, leave it for 30 minutes, and then move it into a preheated oven for 25 minutes. At the same time, do not forget to sprinkle our dish with coarse (you can use sea) salt.

Original bread with a delicate, airy structure based on tomato and vegetable juice with spices. It rises well, can be stored for a long time.
Ingredients:
Vegetable juice (a mixture of tomato, beetroot, carrot and celery juice) - 250 ml
water - 50 ml.
medium carrots - 1 pc.
olive oil - 3 tbsp. l.
wheat flour - 750 ml
garlic - 2 cloves
salt - 1 tsp
honey - 1 tablespoon
dill and parsley - 50 g each
onion - 1 pc.
bulgarian pepper medium - 1 pc.
yeast - 2 tsp
hops-suneli, dry adjika, sweet ground paprika, ground coriander- 1 tsp.
Baking program:
The main one. Weight 1000 g. Light or medium crust.
Management:
1. Vegetable juice and heat the water to 40 degrees and pour into a vat, add finely grated carrots, salt, honey, 1 tbsp. oils, all spices (except for coriander), sifted flour and yeast, include kneading.
2. Separately for 2 tbsp. butter, fry the onion, finely chopped clove of garlic and bell pepper. Do not overcook the mixture!
3. When the mixture has cooled, add it to the dough during kneading and follow the bun - you may need to add a little flour.
4. At the beep, add chopped herbs and 1 clove of garlic.
5. About 7 minutes before the end of baking, grease the top of the bread with a mixture of 50 ml of juice and 1 tsp. ground coriander.
Bread "Super-vitamin"
A fragrant, tasty and very healthy bread based on dry mushrooms and seaweed.
Ingredients:
wheat flour, premium grade - 360 g
salt - 1.5 tsp
sugar - 1.5 tablespoons
mustard oil - 2.5 tbsp. l.
mustard powder - 1 tbsp.
any dry mushrooms - 10-30 g
seaweed or dry kelp - 10-30 g (as mushrooms)
yeast - 1.5 tsp
boiling water - 250 ml (total).
Baking program:
The main one. Medium crust.
Management:
1. Grind mushrooms into dust and boil 200 ml of boiling water.
2. Chop the seaweed.
3. Pour the cooled mushroom tea into the bread maker, mustard oil, add flour, 50 ml of water and the rest of the ingredients. Add seaweed last. The order in which you bookmark depends on your model of bread maker.

Ingredients:
tomato juice- 200 g
wheat flour top grade- 650 g
fresh red paprika - 1 pc.

celery stalk - 2 pcs.
onion - 1 pc.
clove of garlic - 2 pcs.
mustard oil - 3 tablespoons
honey - 2 tablespoons
salt - 1 tsp
coriander - 1 tsp
dry adjika - 2 tsp.
yeast - 2.5 tsp
a bunch of greens - 1 pc.
sunflower seeds - 150 g
sesame seeds - 20 g
Baking program:
The main one. Size - 1500 g. The crust is medium.
Management:
1. Grind carrots, celery stalks, half paprika in a blender. Finely chop the onion, 1 clove of garlic, half of the paprika and simmer for 1 tbsp. oils. Pour the warmed juice into a bucket, add raw and stewed vegetables, butter, honey, salt, coriander and adjika,
sifted flour, yeast on top. Switch on the batch. In the process of kneading, you may need to add flour, watch out for the bun!
2. Add chopped greens, 1 clove of garlic and 100 g of seeds at a beep.
3. Sprinkle 50 g of seeds and sesame seeds on top during proving, when the bread rises slightly.
