    I bought several packs of Soba buckwheat noodles for the occasion. The recipe is a complete improvisation, although it may remind someone of something. The whole family and I are happy with the result. I would like to repeat. And now, I will add it and go buy a couple more packages.

    This kind of buckwheat noodles can be cooked with both pork and chicken, beef, turkey. Basically, the recipe will not differ. If you do not want it with meat, it is not necessary, you can limit yourself only to vegetables. I made buckwheat noodles with chunks of pork ham.

    For cooking we need:

    1. Packing of Soba buckwheat noodles.
    2. Pork 300-400 gr.
    3. Carrots 1 pc.

    6. Hot pepper 1 pc.
    7. Soy sauce 50 ml.
    8. Sesame oil 20 ml.
    9. Vegetable oil 20 ml.
    10. Tomatoes 3 pcs.
    11. Pepper, salt to taste.

    We prepare food, remove seeds from hot peppers.

    Cut the meat into small pieces. This dish will include all the ugly and “oversized” pieces of ham for other dishes.

    You can use the trimmings that many housewives keep in the freezer.

    Cut the onion into small pieces.

    Cut the carrots into strips.

    Heat a mixture of sesame and vegetable oil in a deep frying pan, wok or saucepan. Throw onions and carrots into the oil, quickly fry everything over high heat for 3-5 minutes.

    Throw the meat into the fried onions and continue to fry over high heat, stirring constantly. Salt and pepper.

    Cut the sweet pepper into small pieces.

    Chop the bitter pepper into small semicircles.

    The meat is actively fried.

    Add sweet and bitter peppers to the meat.

    Cut the tomatoes into halves, remove the stalk, rub on a coarse grater so that the skin remains in the hand. Throw away the peel.

    Pour a little soy sauce into the meat.

    Add grated tomatoes to the pork. We wait until everything boils and turn down the heat. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

    While the pork is stewing we cook buckwheat noodles. Dip the noodles in boiling, salted water.

    Stir the buckwheat noodles at the beginning of cooking.

    Cook the noodles for about 10 minutes and discard them in a colander, wait for the water to drain.

    Pork stew with vegetables is also ready. Maybe her this noodles? So let's eat it? No.

    We spread buckwheat noodles for meat.

    Gently mix the noodles with the rest of the ingredients.

    We impose buckwheat noodles with pork and vegetables in flat plates or bowls.

    The next day, the dish remained as tasty. The noodles didn't fall apart. That's it, I can't, I went to the store.

    Video: Yakisoba with pork from the chef

    I really love Japanese dishes and Chinese food... In recent years, chain stores have increasingly found ingredients for making real oriental dishes from and to. In "Crossroads" and "Attack", for example, there are whole small departments with all sorts of Japanese "goodies", and which department is in "Lenta", mmm ... I like to hang out there. So, what am I for? And besides the fact that these products are firmly included in our lives, they are useful and tasty. For example, SOBA - buckwheat noodles.

    Place of purchase - "Perekrestok" supermarket;

    Price - in the region of 120 -130 rubles;

    Weight - 300 gr.

    And although it is believed that SOBA is buckwheat noodles, it can be concluded from the composition that wheat flour in it (buckwheat noodles) predominates:

    15 g for 1 year for 71 g

    Calorie content:

    350 kcal per 100 g.

    I don't have to talk about the benefits of such noodles, because SOBA is prepared from superior grades wheat and buckwheat flour, and buckwheat is a storehouse of B vitamins and a source of complex carbohydrates that our body needs.

    SOBA differs from other types of noodles primarily in the gray-brown color that buckwheat flour gives.

    The thickness of the noodles is similar in size to spaghetti:

    Distinctive feature SOBA by Sen Soi is a portioned noodle division.

    Cooking method outrageously simple. Boil the noodles in boiling water for about 10 minutes. There is no need to salt the water. The noodles will later take on the flavor of the finished dish.

    With what to eat. How independent dish such noodles are usually not eaten, most often they act as a base or side dish. It goes well with soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, yakisoba sauce, etc., meat, mushrooms, vegetables. Buckwheat noodle dishes are delicious both hot and cold. It is often added to soups, since due to the content of buckwheat flour, SOBA has a mild, pleasant taste.

    On the Internet you can find many variations of dishes with buckwheat noodles, you can use the recipe given on the package, and I will share with you a recipe for one of my favorite dishes with this noodles.

    Soba buckwheat noodles with pork and teriyaki sauce.

    What we need:

    • buckwheat noodles;
    • pork (with or without fat to your taste), soba with chicken is also good, but for me it is a better combination with pork;
    • teriyaki sauce;
    • soy sauce;
    • sesame;
    • vegetable oil;
    • ground ginger;
    • wine or rice vinegar;
    • hot peppers ground;
    • carrot;
    • bell pepper.

    1. Prepare the meat.

    In order for the pig to cook quickly and be soft, it must first be marinated or beaten off, or both.

    I am trying to cut the meat into longitudinal, not very wide stripes.

    Then I fill it with soy sauce and leave it for at least a couple of hours:

    2. Prepare vegetables.

    I cut the onion into half rings and fill it with water and vinegar diluted in a ratio of 50 to 50. I don't see much difference between wine and rice vinegar for pickling onions. It is enough to marinate the onion for about 15 minutes. I marinate it only to make the bitterness go away.

    I cut carrots into thin bars, if you have a special vegetable cutter, then you can use it.

    Chinky bell pepper. Ideally, it would be better to take both green and red peppers, but I did not have green at hand.

    3. Fry the sesame seeds.

    Sesame can be bought in any department with spices, to make it tastier, fry it in a dry frying pan until golden brown.

    • pour the fried sesame seeds and sprinkle them on top of an already prepared dish when serving in portions;
    • or leave the sesame seeds in the pan.

    But I warn you that overcooked sesame seeds can jump out of the pan like popcorn. Therefore, you need to quickly throw in the meat.

    4. Fry the pork until half cooked.

    We put it in the pan along with the marinade in the form of soy sauce.

    5. Add vegetables.

    I put them on top, make the fire bigger.

    Vegetables must be quickly sautéed to remain crispy. Therefore, as soon as everything starts to squirm in the pan

    7. Add the teriyaki sauce.

    I take the ready-made one from Sen Soi.

    Mix everything quickly and continue to fry over high heat.

    8. Boil the soba.

    At this point, it's time to boil the soba, throw it into boiling water, boil it for 8-9 minutes.

    9. Add spices.

    While the soba is boiling, I add spices to taste to the meat and vegetables: ground ginger, more soy sauce (if needed), ground hot pepper. Not salty, soy sauce is salty enough.
