This is a very simple recipe in preparation, I have heard about it for a long time, but I cooked it for the first time.

We need the following products:

In summer, strawberries can be taken fresh, as well as in larger quantities, the strawberry layer seemed thin to me. Unfortunately, our strawberries are gone. We put the chocolate in the refrigerator, it rubs easier when cold. Let the strawberries thaw. Mascarpone should be at room temperature.

Beat the cream in a tall glass.

Mix the mascarpone, cottage cheese and powdered sugar using a mixer.

Add the whipped cream.

We mix.

Cut the lemon into two parts and squeeze out the lemon juice, take to taste, I took a couple of tablespoons, mix, taste, add, if necessary, more juice. The cream should be slightly sour.

If the strawberries are not very sweet, add a couple of teaspoons of sugar to the puree.


Grind the cookies into small crumbs. I just rolled it with a glass.


Add cooled yolks to the mascarpone and beat on a low mixer speed for about a couple of minutes. My yolk mass was covered with a crust, but after beating the cream came out homogeneous and fluffy!


Prepare small bowls or glasses. Cut the strawberries lengthwise into 4 petals and glue to the walls of the glass. Put a layer of cream on the bottom (I have a heaped tablespoon), smooth it out, on top - strawberry puree (again, a full tablespoon). And the final layer is cream again.


If you plan to serve dessert in the near future, then we complete the assembly: sprinkle the cream with cookies, add strawberries and mint. Chill, before serving, for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
