Wash a piece of meat, dry it with a paper towel, cut into small cubes or cubes.

After that, we cut the beef to a size of 2.5 to 3 centimeters and put them in a clean dish.

Then, using a clean knife, peel potatoes, garlic, two types of onions, carrots, and remove the stalk from sweet salad peppers and gut it from the seeds. We thoroughly rinse everything together with the tomatoes, dry it, take turns sending it to a new board and continue preparing. Grind the potatoes into slices of about 2–2.5 centimeters in size. We immediately throw them into a bowl of cold water and leave there until use, so as not to darken, and chop both types of onions into cubes up to 1 centimeter.

Sweet salad pepper and cut the tomato in the same way as the previous vegetable. Chop the carrots in rings, half rings, quarters up to 1 centimeter thick, and chop the garlic into small pieces of arbitrary shape 4 to 5 millimeters thick. Then, using a tablespoon, mix preferably sweet tomato juice, as well as purified water in a measuring glass, and move on.

Step 2: cook beef with potatoes in a slow cooker.


We insert the plug of the multicooker into the outlet, install a special bowl in its recess and pour a little vegetable, better refined oil into it. We include "Fry" mode for 40 minutes and send teflon dishes to the bottom onion... Without covering, pass it until soft for 5 minutes loosening occasionally with a wooden or silicone kitchen spatula. Then add carrots to the vegetable and fry them more 5 minutes... After that, put pieces of meat in the bowl and cook everything together. 15 minutes, for which the beef will change color from bright burgundy red to gray and begin to be covered with light golden brown... Then we send pieces of fresh sweet pepper and tomato to the multicooker. We fry vegetables with meat 5 minutes.

Then we throw potatoes to them and keep in the same mode for another 5-7 minutes, not forgetting to periodically stir the food. Then turn off the multicooker and fill everything with a mixture of water, and also tomato juice... Season the semi-finished dish to taste with salt, laurel leaf, close the technique with a tight-fitting lid, turn on the new mode "Stew" for 1 hour and wait.

As soon as the kitchen appliance turns off, notifying about the end of the program, we open it, add chopped garlic, black ground pepper, caraway seeds, paprika and dried dill to the already fragrant mass. Gently mix everything until a homogeneous consistency, cover again and cook in the same mode, that is "Quenching", but already 30 minutes.

When the multicooker stops working and turns off again, notifying about this with an appropriate signal, we let the beef and potatoes brew a little, that's enough 5-10 minutes and you can taste it!
