Chopped chicken cutlets with mushrooms and green basil are, of course, very special, very tasty and healthy tender dish, which is not difficult for the readers of the portal to prepare. Their difference from other cutlets is that they are prepared from small pieces of meat, and not from minced meat... Thanks to this, a piquant addition to this dish is the amazing taste of natural meat, and champignons contain all the vitamins and amino acids necessary for humans.

Ingredients:

1) Chicken fillet - 600 g

2) Garlic - two cloves.

3) Greens - 10 g

4) Wheat flour- 4 tablespoons l

5) Ground black peppercorns - 0.2 teaspoons

6) Onions (medium size) onions - 1 piece.

7) Refined sunflower oil - 50 ml.

8) Chicken egg - 2 pieces.

9) Sour cream 15% - 4 tbsp. spoons.

10) Sea salt - two teaspoons.

11) Champignons - 200 g

Recipe for chopped chicken fillet with mushrooms

1) Take a knife and cut the chicken breast fillet into not very large pieces.

2) Peel the onion, wash it and cut it into cubes.

3) peel and finely chop the mushrooms.

4) Pour refined sunflower oil into the skillet. Put finely chopped onions and chopped champignons there. Simmer mushrooms for 10 - 15 minutes with onions over low heat.

5) Add the early chicken fillet to the chopped chicken stewed mushrooms with onion.

6) Peel the garlic, then you will need to crush it in any way you can. Add garlic to fillets, mushrooms and onions.

7) Smash 2 raw eggs and add to meat, mushrooms, onions and garlic.

8) Chop any greens of your choice, chop them finely and place them with chicken fillets, eggs, mushrooms, garlic and onions.

9) Add low-fat sour cream to the mixture.

10) Stir all ingredients.

11) Add flour to the mixture

13) Pour in a little sunflower oil, warm it up. Spoon the minced meat with a tablespoon and place it in the skillet. Fry on one side. Turn over and fry the other side as well.

The recipe for chopped chicken cutlets is pretty simple.

1. The fillets must be washed. Pat dry with paper towel and cut into thin strips or cubes.

4. Salt minced meat, pepper and add raw chicken egg.

450-500 g chicken breast, 300 g fresh champignons, medium onion, 2-3 tbsp. l. sour cream, 1-2 eggs, 2-3 tbsp. l. flour, 1 clove of garlic, 20-30 g of dill, black pepper, salt, vegetable oil.

Recipe

1. Rinse the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces.

2. Rinse the onion, peel and chop finely.

3. Preheat the pan, add a small amount of vegetable oil, lay out the onions and mushrooms. Fry for 7-10 minutes and remove the pan from the heat, because the mushrooms should cool.

4. While frying onions and mushrooms, you can start cutting the chicken breast. Rinse the chicken breast and wipe it off with a paper towel. Separate the chicken meat from the bones and skin, then finely chop the resulting fillet.

5. In a deep bowl, mix: chopped chicken breast, fried mushrooms with onions, sour cream, eggs, finely chopped garlic and dill, flour, salt, pepper.

6. Mix thoroughly and leave the mixture to brew for 20 minutes. The consistency of the mixture should be similar to pancake dough.

7. As well as pancakes, spoon cutlets into a preheated frying pan with butter.

8. Fry over low heat on both sides, covered for about 7-10 minutes.

9. Chicken breast cutlets with mushrooms go well with potato, vegetable or rice garnish.

Who said that chicken breast fillet is difficult to cook anything? - this recipe is another proof of the opposite. Chopped cutlets are prepared from scanty pieces of meat with the addition of seasonings and various fillings; in my case, frozen boletus and white boletus, collected this season, were used.

Fillet chicken breasts without bones, wash thoroughly in cool water.

Chop the chicken finely with a sharp knife, just as you cut vegetables, first across and then along.

Chop the onion head.

Rinse the mushrooms in a fine sieve, then chop.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onions, stirring occasionally, for 3-5 minutes over high heat.

Add mushrooms, reduce heat. Fry, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.

Break off the pulp from the bread, moisten, squeeze and put in the blender bowl. Add basil leaves, grind everything.

Put the chopped chicken fillet in a deep dish. Add the fried mushrooms and onions and the contents of the blender bowl. In addition, put: 2 chicken eggs, 2 level teaspoons of salt, black pepper to taste.

Having thoroughly mixed the ingredients in the dish, we get not too thick minced meat.

Heat 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet. Put the minced meat on it using a regular tablespoon. I do not recommend spreading more than 1 spoon per 1 cutlet, otherwise they may fall apart when turned over. Fry cutlets on the 1st side, 5 minutes over medium heat.

I mix the mass well. Let it stand for about 5 minutes.

I heat the oil well in a frying pan, use a spoon to spread the minced meat in the pan and fry chicken cutlets with cheese and mushrooms on both sides until golden brown.
