  • a glass of milk and flour;
  • 150 g margarine;
  • half a head of cabbage;
  • a spoonful of sugar;
  • 100 g green beans;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • 1 bell pepper;
  • a spoonful of soda;
  • some salt.

Quick pie with cabbage with milk:

  1. Melt margarine in a water bath and cool so that the eggs do not curl. Add milk, sugar, baking soda and salt, 1 egg. Make a homogeneous liquid.
  2. Add flour little by little, knead the dough as if it were pancakes.
  3. Chop the cabbage, place in a large bowl and cover with hot water. Chop the peppers and beans into strips.
  4. Remove the water from the cabbage, mix it with vegetables and salt. Beat the remaining eggs, pour over the vegetables.
  5. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and fill with a third of the dough. Place the filling and cover with the rest of the dough.
  6. Send a baking sheet to an oven preheated to 200 C and wait 35 minutes.
  7. The finished pie is eaten hot with cold sour cream. Or cold the next day.

Lazy cabbage pie with mayonnaise

Components:

  • 0.4 kg of cabbage;
  • 175 g flour;
  • 210 g mayonnaise;
  • baking powder - a tablespoon;
  • chicken eggs - 3 pieces;
  • 100 g of greens;
  • a handful of sesame seeds;
  • a spoonful of salt and pepper;
  • 1 g sugar.

Mayonnaise batter recipe:

  1. Chop the greens and cabbage very finely. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
  2. Mash the cabbage, it should release the juice and shrink slightly.
  3. Mix mayonnaise with eggs, make a uniform liquid mass. Separately combine baking powder with flour and add carefully, mixing to a homogeneous mixture.
  4. For better baking of the cake, first pour a part of the dough into a greased form. After that, the filling is laid and covered with the remains.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and cook for half an hour at 200 C.

Tip: the fatter you take mayonnaise, the softer the cake will be. The dough is not salted, the mayonnaise is already salty.

In a multicooker

What you need:

  • a pound of cabbage;
  • 0.3 kg flour;
  • 0.3 l of kefir;
  • 100 g margarine;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • 3 g baking powder;
  • 2 g of salt and sugar.

Cabbage pie on kefir in a slow cooker:

  1. Chop the cabbage, salt and knead it with your hands.
  2. Pour kefir into a deep bowl and beat in the eggs. Soften margarine (do not melt), add to liquid and stir thoroughly.
  3. Add salt and sugar. Separately mix flour with baking powder, slowly add to the liquid part.
  4. Oil the multicooker bowl and pour out half of the dough. Remove the juice from the cabbage and distribute the filling in a slow cooker. Pour the rest of the dough on top.
  5. Set the Baking program for an hour. After that, leave on the heat for 20 minutes and take out the finished cake immediately.

Fast food baked goods with fish

Components:

  • 500 ml of kefir;
  • a pound of cabbage;
  • 1 canned tuna
  • a pack of margarine;
  • 2.5 cups flour;
  • one and a half tablespoons of butter;
  • a spoonful of salt and soda;
  • ground pepper.

Cooking instructions:

  1. Soften margarine and add to kefir. Extinguish the soda and send it into a liquid, immediately followed by salt.
  2. Add flour little by little, so that the dough is almost tight and sticks a little to your hands. Put in the freezer for a while.
  3. Simmer the cabbage over low heat until softened. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour half of the canning liquid and mash the fish into the gruel with a fork. Combine the fish component with the cabbage component.
  5. Divide the dough in half. Roll out one part and place in an oiled baking sheet. Fill with filling. Roll out the second part and lay on top of the filling. Join the edges.
  6. Set the oven to 190 C and bake for 45 minutes. The cake is ready when it turns brown.
  7. Rub butter on the surface of the cake and cover with a towel for 10 minutes.

Products:

  • 4 tablespoons of sour cream and mayonnaise;
  • a pound of cabbage;
  • 6 heaped tablespoons of flour;
  • 3 eggs;
  • half a glass of butter;
  • a spoonful of salt and baking powder.

How to make cabbage pie "it never gets faster":

  1. Place chopped cabbage on a baking sheet. Liquefy the butter and pour over the filling.
  2. Shake mayonnaise with sour cream and eggs; salt and stir. Combine baking powder with flour and gradually add to the dough, making a homogeneous composition.
  3. Pour the dough over the cabbage and send to bake for 25 minutes at 170 C.
