  • Then roll it on a floured surface into a 40x25 cm rectangle.
  • Place the soft butter on top of the dough, then spread it evenly over the entire rectangle.
  • Combine the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle this mixture evenly over the butter.
  • Optionally, sprinkle with lightly chopped walnuts or raisins.
  • Starting on the wide side, roll the rectangle into a roll, then press down on the edge to seal the filling inside.

  • Cut the roll into 12 to 15 slices.
  • Cover the bottom of a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
