Cut the skinless tomatoes not very finely. Cut the set onion into small cubes. Peel the remaining three cloves of garlic and pass through a press or finely chop.

Heat a frying pan, add a spoonful of vegetable oil and lightly fry the onions until transparent over medium heat. Add garlic and fry for another 30 seconds. Increase heat to maximum and pour in wine. Wait until half of the wine has evaporated and add the tomatoes. Fry-simmer, stirring occasionally, for a couple of minutes. At the same time, they finally soften and you can safely crush too large pieces with a fork.

Add dry basil (you can also fresh, about one tablespoon of chopped), a little salt and pepper (you can hot chili, optional), stir and turn off.


Pour the sauce over our cutlets evenly.

During this time, our oven warmed up, we put our cutlets in it for about 30 minutes, this time is always enough for me. If you put it in an oven that is not yet preheated, then you need to increase the time to 40 minutes.

Meanwhile, grate the cheese. I mostly take cheese hard varieties, for example, Djugas. Today I found in the refrigerator a forgotten piece of semi-hard cheese, only 30 grams - it also went into business. So this time it turned out to be a kind of cheese mixture, but the hard one still dominates.

About a couple of minutes before the end of baking, open the oven and top the cutlets evenly with grated cheese. By closing the door, you can already turn everything off, the cheese will come right that way.
