Chicken drumsticks with vegetables and potatoes

  • 650 gr chicken drumsticks;
  • 1.2 kg of potatoes;
  • 2 large onions;

  • ½ teaspoon each l. sweet paprika and turmeric;
  • 1 tea each l. oregano and basil;
  • salt to taste;

In a bowl, mix spices and oil, add salt.

Wash my shins well, cut along the joint. Remove the skin if desired. Rub the meat with spiced oil, put it in a bowl and leave it to soak a little.

In the meantime, we prepare the vegetables: peel, cut the potatoes into a medium cube, and cut the onions and carrots a little less. Rinse the oyster mushrooms and also cut into cubes.

Put the prepared vegetables and mushrooms in a bowl, mix with spices and a little salt.

It is recommended to bake the dish either in a sleeve or in a form with a lid. First, put the mushroom and vegetable mixture mixed with corn, and the chicken on top. Cover with a lid, or tie the other end of the sleeve. We send it to a preheated oven for an hour at 170-180 degrees. At the end of cooking, leave in the oven for another twenty minutes.

On a note. Partial foil cooking ensures that the food is steamed well. If you cook without it, it is recommended to pour in about ⅔ cup of water, otherwise the potatoes will also turn out dry.

In sour cream sauce

  • 600 gr of chicken legs;
  • 400 ml sour cream;
  • 100 ml of water;
  • 1 kg of potatoes;
  • 3 medium cloves of garlic;
  • salt, pepper, herbs;
  • 150-250 gr hard cheese;
  • a bunch of fresh herbs.
